Pros:

The Reception staff Akbar, Sadoun and Rudoba at this hotel was exceptional and helpful.. We like the location and the room. Would stay at this hotel if we revisit Dushabe.

I liked the staff, especially Akbar who was really nice , helped with the luggage, explained the area and made me feel home

Cons:

I felt there was too much noise in the room from the heating or air condition and the wifi wasn’t very quick/didn’t work in the entire room

Ein modernes, neues Hotel im Stadtzentrum; sehr gute Lage: Sehenswürdigkeiten, Park, Cafes und Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen; gemütliches Zimmer mit toller Aussicht aus dem 20. Stock; sehr bequemes Bett; abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit gutem Kaffee; sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service (besonders Akbar an der Rezeption); sehr super: Flughafentransfer im Preis inbegriffen; Roomservice ist optional (wenn bestellt: sehr gründlich + es gibt kostenloses Wasser)

Cons:

Es wäre schön, Nachttischlampen neben dem Bett zu haben; die Kaffeemaschine im Frühstücksraum macht super Kaffee, ist aber vielleicht ein bisschen zu klein dimensioniert für so viele Gäste (sehr häufig Fehlermeldungen, weil etwas nachgefüllt werden muss, was der Service auch sofort getan hat, aber es zieht sich dann schon wenn viele Menschen auf Kaffee warten); das Frühstücksbuffet war überwiegend reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich - nur an ein, zwei Tagen war es ein bisschen leer (noch nicht nachgelegt?) als ich kam.
