I would consider staying there again. I liked the fitness center. It was close to the airport.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, but it didn't come with the hotel price. There was an 80 somoni charge on it. The hotel staff was very nice, especially one gentleman whose name I can't remember.

Cons:

The location wasn't very good. I got overcharged by a taxi tout from the airport and the taxi driver who took me to another hotel tried to overcharge me. The room was a little small. Similar priced hotels provided a free breakfast.

Great time, great help
Pros:

I had a wounderfull time in Dushambe and in Firdavsi. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Specifically Akbar from the reception made my stay even more comfortable. He helped me a lot with prints and advices. Akbar was always very attentive and could read people's wishes just by looking into their eyes.

Could be better!
Pros:

Excellent location.
Staff more than ok.
The bed linen was clean and well maintained.

Cons:

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations.
The room on the highest floors was very noisy. Every step taken in the corridor could be clearly heard from inside the room. The main reason seems to be the large gap (approximately 2.5 cm) under the door, which provides almost no sound insulation. Even normal conversations taking place in the corridor could be heard clearly from the bed, making it difficult to relax and sleep.
The bathroom was not properly cleaned. There was visible dust and dirt in the bathtub, apparently left behind by someone who had entered it wearing shoes during the cleaning process (or not cleaned after the previous use).
I also noticed several bugs in the room.
In addition, both the carpet and the floor were not clean. After walking around the room in white socks, it was obvious that the floor had not been cleaned properly.
Overall, the cleanliness and noise levels were disappointing and need significant improvement.

The property stands out for its fresh, modern renovation, which gives the rooms a sleek and inviting atmosphere. The accommodations are immaculate, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. The housekeeping standards are high, with clean, crisp linens always provided.

The service team truly elevates the experience; they are remarkably friendly, proactive, and genuinely helpful, always going the extra mile to assist. Furthermore, the breakfast served on the 21st floor is a major highlight. The selection is impressive, and the inclusion of a professional coffee machine with high-quality beans is a touch that elevates the morning routine.

Cons:

Areas for Improvement:
While the stay was largely excellent, there are two areas that could be enhanced. First, due to ongoing construction in the immediate vicinity, there is some audible noise from the site, which may impact those sensitive to sound.

Second, the in-room Wi-Fi connectivity is quite limited. The signal is weak, often necessitating a trip to the lobby for a stable connection. This is particularly noticeable when using the Smart TVs, as the poor internet speed prevents streaming services from loading.
