Ubicacion inmejorable,, algunas habitaciones mejor que otras, el servicio de desayuno bueno, basico, no era en el edificio, quedaba en otro hotel a 3 cuadras, no.lo comunicaron, igual las piscinas

חוויה מאכזבת מאוד – לא ממליצה על מלון Riviera
החדר שקיבלנו לא תאם את מה שהוצג בתמונות ובתיאור באתר. המרפסת לא הייתה ניתנת לפתיחה בגלל צינור המזגן,(שילמתי תוספת כסף עבור מרספת ושידרוגים נוספים) המזגן המרכזי לא עבד, וגם בחדר החלופי לא היה מיזוג מרכזי. במקום זאת, הוצב מזגן נייד בחלון פתוח, דבר שגרם לי לתחושת חוסר ביטחון קומת קרקע להיכנס חופשי. בנוסף, המיטה הייתה שבורה וחסרו בחדר פריטים בסיסיים, ביקשנו כוסות מהמלון אין להם.
ביקשנו סוכר אין להם.
ארוחות בוקר שולם - ואין מסעדה לאכול שם.
לאחר לילה אחד בלבד נאלצנו לעזוב את המלון בגלל התנאים הלא ראויים. הובטח לנו שנקבל החזר כספי דרך Booking.com, בקבלה נאמר לי במפורש שהם יגידו לבוקינג כי עזבנו, אך גם זה לא נעשה וגם ההחזר לא התקבל. מעבר לכך, יום לאחר עזיבתנו חויב כרטיס האשראי שלי ב־60 דולר נוספים, ללא אישורי. אין לי מושג על מה.
לצערי, החוויה הייתה רחוקה מאוד מהמצופה. במקום ליהנות מהחופשה, נאלצנו להתמודד עם תקלות, אי־נוחות וחוסר ודאות בנוגע לכסף שלנו. אני ממליצה למי ששוקל להזמין במלון לבדוק היטב את הביקורות ולחשוב פעמיים לפני ההזמנה.

In the lobby area, a man was bothering me, looks like taking drugs, and I had the bad luck to see him in the morning and in the afternoon, the staff called the police, but it was a very bad moment, I didn't feel safe, somebody had to stop the entrance of problematic people. Infrastructures non conformes : Certificats de contrôle des ascenseurs expirés depuis des mois, fuite d'eau nocturne et présence très importante de moisissures autour de la climatisation et des fenêtres. Atteinte au confort et à la vie privée : Des ouvriers sont intervenus dans notre chambre occupée sans nous prévenir pour modifier la porte, laissant des saletés sur la literie et nous empêchant de rentrer pendant un moment. Prestations non honorées : Piscine principale totalement hors d'usage. Notre jeune de 16 ans a été installé séparément dans un immeuble de l'autre côté de la rue, sans nous en informer au préalable. Le personnel sur place s'est montré indifférent et n'a apporté aucune aide. Des démarches administratives et juridiques sont en cours auprès des autorités de Floride.

Intrusion : Personnel entré sans accord pendant notre séjour pour des travaux de serrurerie (sciure sur les lits, accès bloqué). Publicité mensongère : Piscine vidée et fermée. Un mineur de 16 ans placé seul dans un bâtiment séparé de l'autre côté de la rue sans accord. Aucun soutien ni solution de la direction. Signalements officiels déposés auprès des autorités de Floride (DBPR).

The room was large with a separate bedroom and living room/kitchenette, which was ideal for our purposes

Cons:

The property is divided across 3 building on 2 sides of the street, which means to get to reception you have to cross the road. The building we were in had to be accessed using a PIN code. The property has obviously not been updated for many years and so the state of repair of the furniture, rooms, elevators and stairwells is poor.

I reserved a superior king balcony room. Upon check-in, the air conditioner in the unit wasn’t working and we were not in the upgraded superior king room. I immediately called the front desk to state the room was not the one I reserved and paid for on booking.com. I also told the front desk the air conditioner was not working. She stated she would have someone come to look at the unit. No one ever showed up.
A portable air conditioner had been placed in the room and the ventilation was duct taped through the balcony door. The balcony was not accessible due to the main air conditioner not working and door was duct taped shut.
The hotel was definitely aware of the air conditioner not working in this room because it had to rigged for the portable air conditioner to even attempt to function. It was about 85 degrees in this unit the entire stay.
I asked to move rooms to the type that I had rented. I was told there were no other rooms available. They offered a $34 resort fee to be credited which was useless. I would never book this place again!!!! Customer service lacked professionalism. A company was also booked for a work trip. My room probably was given to them even though I booked my room months prior.
