Quality of the room was disappointing.
Pros:

What breakfast????? I felt that a 3:00pm check-in time was absolutely idiotic, check-out time could be moved to noon instead of eleven. I liked the little kitchenette.

Cons:

Facilities were below expectations, non-working light switches, broken commode. Room was clean but in DISREPAIR!!!!

Hard time getting refunded when we didn't stay there!!!
Pros:

Nothing I didn't stay there, but I booked a room online (booking.com), and when I went to the hotel they said $150 deposit fee, which I didn't have so I cancelled and I'm still waiting for my refund!!!!!! I need my refund!!!

Cons:

That no one wants to refund me when I didn't stay there, I called booking.com 3x!!! Why are they making me the middle man!! I just want my money back 😭😭😭🤦‍♀️!!!!!

Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.
Pros:

The hotel was extremely messy and dirty. Our room wasn’t cleaned before our stay.

Cons:

The staff were extremely rude and the facility was not kept clean at all.

Bed was incredibly uncomfortable, left sore every morning, the bathroom smelt like sewage, tub was stained, sheets had a stain, made me gag a lot.

We did not stay, immediately informed front desk we were leaving and would like a refund.

Cons:

Terrible area, was not clean. The room was dirty. The bed linens were visibly dirty and had not been Changed. There was a terrible smell in the room. Also noted bugs on the floor.

I would never stay there nor tell anybody else to stay there.

There was no coffee, definitely no breakfast, that was exactly one entrance right in front of the hole for the desk. The desk person was rude!!
