Pros:

queda ubicado en Neukölln ( zona de mucho comercio turco y árabe ) a pocos pasos del tren

Cons:

si tienes un sueño muy ligero será problema por el ruido de los trenes al pasar por la estación, en la esquina hay una tienda que pone musica. La gente de otros apartamentos fuma en los baños tabaco y marihuana (se supone que está prohibido dentro) y el olor se pasa al baño de nosotros ( deduzco que por el ventilador que está instalado en cada baño) y el olor es insoportable y horrible, no le hicieron ni una sola vez aseo o almenos sacar la basura del baño. su estás en el primer piso no puedes abrir las cortinas proque queda justo con el nivel de la estación del metro y todo el mundo puede ver de afuera hacia dentro. una de las camas es un sofacama, duro.

Nicht so sauber und modern, wie es auf den Bildern schien.
Pros:

Das Bad war sauber. Im Zimmer war eine Nespresso-Maschine.

Cons:

Fußboden und Wände waren fleckig. Stuhlpolster und Sesselbezug auch. Der Küchenblock hat kein Waschbecken. Der Kühlschrank war vereist. Die Straße vor dem Hotel ist sehr laut. Die Fensterdichtung auf der rechten Seite zu dünn und schließt nicht richtig... Ich musste 30 Minuten vor der Zimmertür warten, weil die Batterie der Tür leer war.

Es war ok. Mit einigen Mängeln. Zentrale Lage direkt am Bahnhof.
Pros:

Kleine Kücheneinheit, perfekt um Tee zu kochen.

Cons:

Im Korridor und auch im Badezimmer roch es nach Rauch obwohl die Unterkunft rauchfrei wäre es war ecklig. Der Duschkopf war so kaputt, dass das Haare waschen sehr mühsam war.
