A szobák csendesek,a személyzet kedves és mindent megoldanak ami csak lehetésges, a hotel szakácsa házias jellegű finom ételeket készit a vendégeknek.A szálloda fürdője kompenzálja a hotel hiányosságait.

Készséggel segített a recepciónál mindenki.

Cons:

Az étteremben volt amikor nem töltötték fel a kiürült péksüteményt nem volt szezonális gyümölcs- valamikor egy alma árválkodott a kosárban.Reggelinél elfogyott a croasan és nem hoztak helyette semmit pedig időben érkeztünk.Úgy gondolom,hogy ha kifüzettük a félpanziót akkor legyen választék egyenlően!

Thermenlandschaft ist sehr schön, das Hotelpersonal bräuchte Nachschulung bezüglich Freundlichkeit.
Pros:

Frühstücksbuffet war gut und ausreichend bestückt.
Frühstückspersonal sehr aufmerksam, benütztes Geschirr wird sofort abserviert.
Thermenlandschaft sehr schön und abwechslungsreich.

Cons:

Personal, speziell an der Rezeption zeigt sich oft uninterressiert.
Am Morgen wird nicht gegrüßt, auf Gruß nicht gedankt, das ist fast überall so.
Um 9,00 Uhr ist das Buffet fast leer und es wird nichts mehr nachgestellt.
In der Duschkabine gibt es schwarzen Schimmel!!!
Parkgebühr für die Hotelgäste pro Nach € 3,00, was bei längerem Aufenthalt ins Geld geht

Történelmi városban vízi élmények gazdagsága egy helyen

A termál fürdő és a szálloda közti kapcsolat jól szervezett

Cons:

A parkolóra nézett a szobánk és alattunk volt az éjjel nappal nyitva tartó ital automata részleg és főleg éjszaka a vevők hangoskodása nagyon zavaró volt.

Wellnessbereich war sehr schön und sauber.

Cons:

Badezimmer war leider viel zu klein. Nichteinmal ein Becher für die Zahnbürste konnte man abstellen.
