Fantastic destination with the most welcoming and friendly owner and team!
Pros:

We absolutely loved Loutraki and were so happy to be staying in the lovely Flisvos apartment. The rooftop was a highlight and gave us spectacular evenings to enjoy! Ginny and her staff were exceptionally warm, friendly and very helpful with anything we needed! We were just sad we didn't stay longer... but we will be back!

Pros:

Unser Aufenthalt im Vlisvos Beach Appartement war vom ersten Moment an unglaublich schön.
Gelegen im schönen kleinen Hafen von Loutraki.
Ginny unsere Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ein großartiger Mensch mit viel Lebenserfahrung.
Es wird großer Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt.
Die Appartements sind neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet.
Unglaublicher Blick auf das Meer und von der Sonnenterasse.
Direkt davor ist die gleichnamige Taverne wo es sehr gut zum Essen ist.
Freuen uns wenn wir wieder da sind.

Nice yet noisy apanrtment with weird aspects
Pros:

Relatively modern, location in port, spacious, nice little terrace.

Cons:

Owner very chatty, trying to upsell. Strange process at check in, we were shown a graveyard apartment as ‘surprise’. Ticky tacky decoration. Two tavernas below with stinky kitchen and round the clock noise.

Skopelos jest cudnym miejscem na spędzenie wakacji! Polecam z całego serducha!!!!
Pros:

Lokalizacja świetna - podróżowaliśmy promem zatem nocleg tuż przy porcie to świetne i bardzo wygodne rozwiązanie!
Bardzo sympatyczna i zaangażowana właścicielka obiektu - Ginny. Mimo nieudogodnień, które miały miejsce nie z jej winy starała się bardzo zrekompensować sytuację noclegową. Otrzymaliśmy pyszne tutejsze wino wraz z lokalnymi przekąskami i owocami i mogliśmy spędzić dowolny czas na tarasie obiektu, który widziałam na zdjęciach.

Cons:

Niestety nie nocowaliśmy na terenie Flisvos Beachfront Apartments tylko po sąsiedzku - w Seafront View - gdzie warunki były zgoła bardzo odmienne niż w obiekcie, w którym myśleliśmy, że będziemy zakwaterowani.... Było czysto, mieliśmy widok na port i morze, ale pokój przypominał czasy PRL w obiekcie kolonijnym - w łazience zasłonka do prysznica z ceraty, która podczas mycia przyklejała się do ciała. Kiedy sąsiad spuszczał wodę cała rodzina miała pobudkę, taki to był hałas. i niestety śmierdziało stęchlizną a tego nie lubię - dobrze działająca klimatyzacja uratowała sytuację ale tylko trochę, bo może zapachu nie czuliśmy jednak ubrania po otwarciu walizki w innym hotelu "pachniały" stęchlizną...

Sentirsi a casa
Pros:

Appartamento nuovo, ben arredato, funzionale con letti comodi ed una cucina ben attrezzata a pochi metri dal mare. In piu, una magnifica terrazza a disposizione degli ospiti con lettini, poltrone e un bel tavolo all'ultimo piano. Ginny ed il personale sono gentili, disponibili, professionali e ti fanno sentire accolto e coccolato.
La spiaggia di Loutraki è a 2 passi, così come 2 taverne con tavoli sul mare ed un bellissimo bar con tavoli sulla sabbia.

Splendida vista mare a due passi dal porto
Pros:

Casa con spazi perfettamente organizzati e letti comodi, in particolare il letto matrimoniale.
Ogni ambiente dotato del proprio condizionatore (3 split nell'appartamento).
Bagni: quello princpale in camera da letto con doccia, mentre quello della cameretta con il solo WC e lavandino.
La cucina dotata di extra (sbattitore per torte!), tutto nuovo.
Splendito il roof all'ultimo piano a utilizzo degli ospiti.

Cons:

La pressione dell'acqua la sera tardi era bassa, quindi fare la doccia dopo le 22 era difficile.
Il lavandino della camera non scaricava l'acqua correttamente e si riempiva.

Ganz in der Nähe von Vrahos, ein sehr gutes Lokal mit frischem Fisch.

Cons:

Steril eingerichtet, ohne Herz. Das Restaurant, das dazu gehört, bietet nur gefrorene Meeresfrüchte und gefrorenen Fisch an. Etwas peinlich, wenn man so nahe am Meer ist...

We would definitely recommend this place - a hidden gem of the beautiful island of Skopelos.
Pros:

We stayed here for a brief period, but we will fondly remember this place as one of the highlights of our trip. The apartment was fresh and clean, equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The taverna downstairs served delicious food and drinks, and we enjoyed our evenings on the lovely roof terrace, taking in the sunset and the sea, which felt just an arm's length away.

Cons:

The only thing we would change - We wish we could stay longer, but had to catch ferry next morning, which, by the way, is easy 3 min walk away from the place.

Everything brand new, from linens to building! Great quality! And the owner was available anytime needed and super super friendly and kind, THE BEST! All staff is very kind also, AWESOME PLACE TO STAY AND you feel like surrounded with family!!! THANK YOU! 🤗
