Nice stay
Pros:

The location and the cleanliness. It was all very clean. Close to tram to center/venue.
Communication with owner is perfect.

Cons:

The bed in the double room is very small, and not well placed (against a wall). So this feels really tiny.
A lot of admin/mails regarding the check-in.

12 von 10 - es war der wahrscheinlich BESTE Aufenthalt, den wir in den vergangenen 20 Jahren in Düsseldorf hatten!
Die Kommunikation empfiehlt sich bei Bedarf über Whatsapp - Super freundlich und schnelle Lösung gefunden!
Die Lage zwischen Altstadt und Stadion sensationell und die Unterkunft wirklich SUPER! Da hat man sich etwas überlegt. Die Betten wirklich bequem, Couch nicht durchgesessen und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Trotzdem wir im heißen Sommer da waren, und es keine Klimaanlage gibt, war es niemals heiß in der Wohnung!
Danke, wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Cons:

Die Eingangstüre ist für gebrechliche oder ältere Personen vielleicht etwas schwer zu öffnen. Aber das ist schon alles was uns aufgefallen wäre.

Ausstattung super, Küche mit Kühlschrankund Mikrowelle, Wohnzimmer, Bad und schönes Schlafzimmer.

Cons:

Da alles online ist, bekommt kurz vor Einreise ein Code, um die Haupteingangstür zu öffen. Mein Code war leider ungültig. Ich konnte ins Gebäude reingehen, weil ein Gast in dem Moment rausbekommen ist. Im Schlüssel Automat war mein Code auch ungültig. Es gab eine Telefonnummer auf dem Automaten, den man kontaktieren konnte. Diese sind aber nur Dienstleister für das Automat und konnten mir nur sagen, dass mein Code ungültig war. Ich hatte keine Nummer von der Zimmerverwaltung. Fast sm verzweifeln, fand ich eine Telefonnummer im Aufzug. Dort konnte die Dame mit helfen und gab mir ein neues Code. So konnte ich endlich den Schlüssel für das Zimmer bekommen.

Große Wohnung in guter Lage

Cons:

Der Zugangscode zum Gebäude hat bei uns und anderen Gästen nicht funktioniert. Weder auf Booking.com, noch auf WhatsApp oder per Telefon ist jemand erreichbar. Der Support Button der Website funktioniert ebenfalls nicht. Auch nach über 12 Stunden kam keine Rückmeldung. Wäre nicht durch Zufall jemand aus dem Gebäude gekommen, hätten wir auf der Straße geschlafen.

Check Out ist um 11 Uhr, um 10 Uhr platzt jemand unangekündigt in die Wohnung. Das Duschgel in der Dusche war auch leer.

Ruhige Lage mit kostenfreiem Parkplatz und Laufweiter zur Messe
Pros:

Zu einem Konzertbesuch in der Merkurspielarena mit 2 Personen übers Wochenende hier gewesen und es hat einfach alles gepaßt. Ruhige Lage und ein kostenfreier Parkplatz nahe dem Eingang, ein sehr großes Apartment mit ruhigen Zimmer, alles sauber, inklusive der Küche, problemloser Checkin und Checkout - alle Benachtrichtungen und eMails kamen punktgenau wann man sie braucht. Selbst die Küche, inkl. Kühlschrank, Besteck, Spülmaschine und Mülleimer - alles war sauber. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt, geben volle Punktzahl, absolute Empfehlung und kommen wieder.
Zum Frühstück findet man auch etwas in der Nähe ..

und nur als Anregung oder Überlegung gedacht : wir waren zu Fuß in der Merkurarena und hatten danach richtig Durst auf etwas Kühles - gerne auch mit Alkohol .. ev. könntet ihr dafür auch einen Automat im Eingangsbereich aufstellen

A great clean apartment in a good location for the exhibition centre
Pros:

The short distance to the exhibition centre and airport was great. There were some good food locations close by too. Access to the building was simple.
