Beautifully clean. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Late check in was great. Pool/spa/sauna was amazing

Nothing was wrong. Facilities were aged if you're looking for a "luxury" escape but there was no real issues at all.

Our stay was only okay.
Pros:

The staff were very nice and professional. The location and view were very good. We really liked the pool and spa. The room was clean and furnished nicely.

Cons:

There were 3 of us. I booked a room with 2 double beds. What we got was a bedroom with 1 bed, the 2nd bed was a mattress on the floor in the living room. We like fresh air so used the fan, except the fan mostly pointed down, you couldn’t keep it positioned up. At night, because there was no fly screen on the window, I got bitten by mosquitos. We turned the air conditioning on, but on its highest setting, it was only somewhat cool. The microwave is set dangerously high so that when you take out your very hot dish, it’s quite precarious. You can’t see if it’s tipping, you can’t get a very good hold on your dish. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
