A localização é ótima, quarto espaçoso, tudo muito bem limpo e organizado, o pessoal do atendimento cordiais e sempre disponíveis a ajudar, café da manhã muito bom, o restaurante do hotel oferece pizzas e massas muito gostosas, estava tudo perfeito.
O sinal de internet é ruim nos quartos, no restaurante o sinal de Wi-Fi estava ok.
Die außergewöhnliche und sehr zentrale Lage.
Das sehr gute und vielseitige Frühstück.
Schön, dass man die Mahlzeiten auch draußen auf dem Balkon einnehmen konnte ( mit herrlichem Seeblick).

Tolles Hotel mit kleiner Terasse und einer traumhaften Aussicht auf den Gardasee. Auf der Terasse kann man das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen einnehmen. Direkt in der Fußgeherzone gelegen. Sehr freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und kleinem Balkon. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Wir waren total begeistert.
Lage mitten im Ort., nachdem Tagestouristen abreisen, kann man wunderbar schlendern
Info zum Parken: im Ort an der Tourist Info anmelden ( unten am See) gelbe Haltebuchten rechts davor nutzen,, dann bekommt man eine Karte für die Schranken, gültig bis 13 Uhr am Abreisetag, die Karte gibt man dann wieder ab. Man kann damit beliebig oft rein und raus.
Falls sie versehentlich ticket ziehen, die ersten 15 min sind kostenfrei.
Mit dem Gepäck wird man dann im Golfwagen zum Hotel gebracht und abgeholt.
Zimmerfenster war über der Küche, laute Lüftungsanlage, lieber Fenster zu lassen.
Haustürschloss ging nicht, Tür steht tagsüber aber immer auf bis 23 Uhr.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Bad sehr sauber und geräumig. Frühstück sehr reichlich und alles frisch.
Wir haben nichts auszusetzen !
the room was clean and in a good position, and had a nice view of the Lago Del Garda.
The hot water took a long time to heat up in the shower from the first day, and on the last morning did not arrive at all in any of the bathroom or kitchen areas. The shower or shower drain also seemed to drip through the night, which impacted the sleeping area. There were also no blinds to block out the sun in the main room that doubled as a bedroom, meaning mornings were impacted by early sun. The toilet seat was also loose, and the towel drying rack in the bathroom had a leak in it, dripping blue liquid, meaning it had to be turned off. The room was also very noisy at night, which is no surprise and to be expected overlooking a Piazza, but with a couple of late opening restaurants below, need to be mindful of if you're an early to bed person.
Everything about our stay was excellent. From the check in to the location to the amenities was beyond our expectations. I would recommend this room for anyone
