Cons:

Very disappointing experience – No response regarding a valuable item left in the room

Unfortunately, we accidentally left a ring of great sentimental value on the bedside table. We realized this approximately three hours after checking out and immediately contacted the hotel through Booking.com.

Despite sending several messages and emails, we received absolutely no response. Nobody confirmed whether the room had been checked, whether the housekeeping staff had found the ring, or whether our messages had even been received.

We eventually had to contact customer support and Accor directly.

We understand that guests are responsible for their belongings. However, we believe that a hotel operating under an international brand should at least respond when a guest reports a valuable forgotten item.

The complete lack of communication has been extremely disappointing and stressful.

We are still waiting for an answer about our ring.

No lo recomiendo pese a estar cerca del aeropuerto

No funcionaba el aire acondicionado, la cama no era comoda,el secador de pelo era muy malo y las habitaciones estaban sin insonorizar, muy mal para descansar y coger sueño ya que esta situado a la par de una carretera de mucho tráfico.

I strongly do not recommend this place.

Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel in a hurry late at night, with our small child, because of an extremely strong artificial fragrance throughout the room — or, more precisely, coming directly through the ventilation system.

I honestly cannot understand how a hotel can pump such strong fragrances into rooms where people are supposed to sleep and relax, especially through the ventilation system, leaving guests with absolutely no choice.

Please be very careful if you notice a strong fragrance when checking in and assume that opening the windows will help. It won’t! My husband and I started having difficulty breathing in the room, while our baby’s cheeks became red and he started coughing.

The staff offered no real assistance whatsoever, other than suggesting that we open the windows.

We were also not refunded for the unused night, despite having to leave the hotel due to these circumstances.

Think twice before booking a stay at this place.

good option for a business trip
Pros:

breakfast was OK. parking is convenient. all the staff were helpful. location is nearby the city center but away from its crowd.

Cons:

air conditioning was set to heat only and the temperature inside the room needed some cooling from time to time but it was not possible.

Ich würde immer wieder das Hotel nehmen und weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Die Lage ist super! Das Frühstück ist hervorragend und das Personal ist zuvorkommend!

Cons:

Das Fenster konnte man nicht ganz öffnen, um zu lüften.

Good one night stay
Pros:

Stayed for one night - not far from Kayseri airport - staff were very friendly and the food in the restaurant was good. Didn't appear to be much locally within walking distance but it suited what I needed and I would recommend it

Ideal para hacer noche antes de coger un vuelo temprano.
Pros:

Für 1 Nacht absolut zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Modern, gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten

Cons:

Hatten ein Zimmer zur (großen) Straße. Verkehr war gut zu hören, aber noch ok. Zimmer nach hinten bekommt man wohl erst bei mehrtägigem Aufenthalt.
