No nos ha gustado que se nos rompiese fortuitamente una copa de vino el.primer dia y despues de 4 niches alojados en el.hotel al hacer el check ouut nos cobrasen 5 dolares poe ella. Un detalle de mal gusto despues de 4 noches alojados.

Ademas decirles que se les olvidó hacer la habitacion el primer dia y nosotros no reclamamos nada, no como ellos.

Un detalle de muy mal gusto que hará que NO recomendamos este hotel a nuestras amistades.

Primera vez en Limón
Pros:

Que tuviera parqueo, el lugar en si es bonito, en medio del bosque con arboles y animales muy cerca. Me parece que tiene potencial para ofrecer una mejor experiencia.

Cons:

No supe que la habitación no tenia aire acondicionado hasta que llegué a hacer el check in, me dijeron estaba lleno, sin embargo nunca vi mucha gente en el desayuno, la piscina estaba sucia, las camas no eran cómodas y a pesar de que reservamos una familiar, no era tan accesible como para una familia con hijos pequeños, (el baño con gradas, cristalería en mesa de noche y dos niveles de gradas para el acceso a la habitación.

We didn´t stay

Cons:

I booked this hotel for a family vacation with my wife and daughter. My daughter is an infant, and we had mistakenly booked a room with a fan but no air conditioning.
I tried to switch to a room with air conditioning, but I was told I would either have to cancel and rebook (incurring a cancellation fee) or wait until arrival to check at the front desk for room availability. I understood that changing a reservation involves administrative costs, so I agreed to check availability upon arrival.
The week before our trip, I had to change my credit card. Hours before check-in, the payment failed to go through, and the reservation was subsequently cancelled. I tried contacting the hotel to discuss options for keeping the reservation—since it was simply a matter of card details—but was told I would have to make a new booking. This response frustrated me; at no point did I feel the hotel made any effort to accommodate us. They showed no interest in helping me resolve the issue or maintaining the reservation.
This type of service does not make a guest feel welcome, and I was truly annoyed by the lack of interest in finding a solution. We ended up staying at a different hotel and did not pursue the matter further with this one.

Hermoso, cómodo y muy bien ubicado

Ubicación perfecta, justo frente a playa Chiquita.
Lindas habitaciones, jardines hermosos, personal muy amable.

Cons:

Que el baño sea tan poco aislado del resto de la habitación puede complicar a algunas personas.

Tolle Anlage, Lage, Pool und Service - Frühstück und Sauberkeit noch verbesserungsbedürftig
Pros:

Tolles Team, wundervolle Natur und Lage (sehr nah zum traumhaften Strand Playa Chiquita), Zimmer schön mit wundervollen Aussendusche), toller Pool für Kids. Viele Tiere direkt in der Anlage gesehen (Tucan, Faultier, Frösche, Spinnen, Agutis,…), für Kinder einfach toll.

Cons:

Frühstücksqualität leider nur Mittelmaß: wenig Auswahl, schlechter Kaffee, Cappuccino/Espresso kostet alles zusätzlich. Sauberkeit der Zimmer ebenfalls verbesserungsbedürftig, man merkt, dass die Zimmer immer nur oberflächlich gesäubert wird. Insgesamt: 7/10

Absolument tout : très beau bungalow, propre et bien entretenu, piscine superbe, petit déjeuner frais et délicieux tous les jours, personnel aux petits soins
Le parc est très beau
Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique

Cons:

Petit point de vigilance : nous avons eu quelques soucis avec la douche / l’eau durant notre séjour. Coupure eau chaude ou eaux grises : le personnel a pu intervenir et nous ne leur en tenons pas rigueur mais il faut le savoir.

Pros:

Absolutely loved these bungalows. Everything you need is in there, very comfy and very big beds, really big bathroom, very clean and the staff is wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was delicious! We simply loved every minute there.

Grata estancia
Pros:

Difícil definir que me gustó más, desde la atención previa a nuestra llegada, el arreglo de la habitación por el cumpleaños de mi esposa, el estilo Arquitectónico del hotel acorde al entorno, el respeto por la naturaleza, la variedad en el desayuno, el recibimiento con un jugo delicioso y la impecable atención del personal, todo estuvo excelente. Lo disfrutamos mucho.

Es un hotel bonito que se ve que los años pasaron por él
Pros:

Estuve en una habitación remodelada muy linda, buena iluminación, era una deluxe superior, mi familia se hospedó en otra habitación visualmente más viejita.
El desayuno muy bueno, el bosque privado genial, la ubicación y el personal muy bien.

Cons:

Las aceras muy resbalosas, se ve que le falta mantenimiento a los entornos y zonas comunes, polvo en muebles. Las piscina tiene un problema grave de corriente que se reportó, uno se sujeta de la baranda y provoca una descarga muy leve pero no deja de ser muy peligroso. El personal desconectó el break.
