Very nice but the maintenance issue will mean I’m unlikely to go back

Major issue with the heating / fan - wouldn’t turn off. Very loud noise. Had to change rooms.

Would stay again. Well priced.
Pros:

Good location with good bar and eateries at same site

Cons:

Shower water pressure just ok
Grouting in shower needed solid scrub— there was mould evident

Will not be back
Cons:

For the price I paid it was very disappointing. Staff were hostile, the rooms were so noisy at night. Understand we are in the middle of the city but there was no sound barrier. The only thing complimentary were the drinks IF you could get a spot at their bar which was impossible. The restaurant Marmello was also extremely disappointing. Food was great but we had to wait 30 minutes for our pre-booked table and staff were rude with no compensation.
