Best Melbourne hotel stay! Will come back for my next Melbourne trip!
Pros:

It was so clean
Great friendly staff
Loved the layout of the room, loved the remote control blinds and the funky shower layout
Loved how quiet the room was, I didn’t hear my neighbours using water, showering or flushing the toilet.
Loved the reformer in the gym

Lovely but not the best nights sleep
Pros:

It is beautifully decorated and designed well.

Cons:

My room was noisy, I stayed on a Saturday night and had to call reception and ask for ear plugs as I couldn’t get to sleep with all of the noise from the street.

Very chic vibe to the hotel. Great facilities and very modern. Lovely and helpful staff. Incredible shower, very comfortable beds.

Cons:

Our main hotel room lacked light. But that’s what created a more moody experience. Depends on your preference

Paying a luxury price without feeling luxury.
Pros:

I appreciate the general design of the hotel, from first impression arriving at the hotel and lobby area, the design is beautiful.
The black out blinds worked really well and made for a comfortable sleep.
Control system in the room with lights and temp was great.
Cleo rooftop restaurant was lovely and worth having breakfast included in your stay.

Cons:

Paying a premium for a room that really takes the romance out of your stay. I wouldnt recommend this stay for a couple.
The entrance to your hotel room opens straight to a view of the bathroom area.
No separation from the bathroom to the bedroom area.
No separation between the shower or toilet - huge lack of privacy.
the shower system lacks heat.
Tap handle in the bathroom wouldn't stay up which made it very difficult to use.
No toilet brush or bin in the bathroom.
Only 1 bin in the entire room.
Lighting was way too dark - difficult to get ready in the room.
