not what was expected
Pros:

Surprisingly quiet; the connecting rooms are connected via common corridor part, which makes them accessible to each other but separate from the others. Decent mattress and pillows. It was pleasantly cold in one of the rooms, where AC was functional.
They cancelled and refunded in full as we had to move out at 2am the night of checkin (once we found hotel that is actually clean).

Cons:

Unfortunately, the AC unit in the second room wasn't functional... The mirror in the bathroom was broken and hanging on its power cord. Shower tube was broken, so water breaking when you use the shower.
On top of that, the toilet bowl wasn't clean on outside when we checked in. On our request it was cleaned.
In general, cleanness was not high: lot of dust on top sides. Black marks above windows. Dust below windows. Dust on top of the embedded wardrobe (yes, there is a gap and the dust is flying out of it as AC unit tries to work). Some oily spots on back wall of the wardrobe.
And on top of that, inside of the AC duct there is a mold spots that is a deal-breaker for us and we especially asked several times before booking that there is no mold in the room...

It is also quite odd space usage: the room space is used in a way that it looks much smaller than it is, and you can't really benefit from the space.

A cozy, centrally located hotel, with a classic style room where one can have a great stay.
Pros:

The hotel experience was great. It is conveniently located near the city center. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a great bathroom. The hotel staff was very efficient and friendly. Overall was a good stay.

Cons:

Some streets around the hotel were not as clean as expected. The hotel lobby was slightly outdated and would benefit from a facelift. I personally prefer to have a shower stall rather than a bathtub, but only bathtub was available.

Family suite was clean and large, location not ideal, but ok for night before our flight.
Pros:

The family suite was large and perfectly suited for a family of 4. It was actually 2 full rooms separated by a private hall, each with their own bathrooms. It was quiet, clean, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Easy walk from train station. A/C was nice. Free breakfast, but we had to leave too early to try.

Cons:

Location was not ideal, and not in a location we would have chosen to be in. Thankfully we could walk to an area where better, nicer restaurants were. Best to not walk alone at night. We had an issue with flies in the room, and the front desk informed us to open the windows, and they would fly out, which helped, but was still very annoying.

A good, comfortable and convenient choice.
Pros:

It is well located, close to railway station and tram stop. Room was very nice and large.
It is an easy walk to the centre am a short walk to the lake which was lovely in the evenings.
Breakfast was very good with plenty of variety.

Cons:

Mixer taps in the bathroom would make life easier.

A nicely appointed, well maintained, super friendly hotel in a very accessible area of downtown Geneva. Highly recommend
Pros:

A lovely clean and quiet hotel with period furnishings and excellent decor. Nicely situated if you have business at the Palais (UN) (3 stops on the tram which is 100m away) and for access to the high street and train station. The staff are all super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I would prefer if the beds were not all 2 x singles pushed together with separate sheets/duvets and the hotel lacks a bar area for evening socializing.

Pros:

The hotel itself was really good, clean as expected. The staff are all helpful and the free travel is a bonus. We're very pleased with the service. The locations are great !

Cons:

Nothing , except for the water dripping on the floor as you open the tap water in the bathroom, which I completely forgot to report so that it can be fixed. Otherwise, it's not a big issue. We stayed in Room 209.

Séjour relax et confortable
Pros:

La taille des chambres et le style de l’hôtel. L’emplacement proche de la gare. Le coin café avec bouilloire dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner varié.

Cons:

La climatisation vieillotte dans la chambre ne refroidit pas suffisamment. Il faisait trop chaud pendant la nuit.

Very nice hotel, well situated near the train station
Pros:

We arrived GVA from NYC mid-morning. After a quick trip into the city, the hotel was located <10 minutes from the train station, an easy walk. When we arrived at the hotel to drop off our luggage, the desk receptionist said a room was available and checked us in. Fabulous. The room was clean, well designed, and comfortable for an overnight stay before our continuing journey to Zermatt. The desk was attended by a very helpful staff.
