Staff really friendly and helpful . Room was lovely and beds very comfy. Was able to leave my stuff after checkout which was very helpful .would definitely stay again

We would definitely stay here again when passing thru Geneva.
Pros:

Very comfortable room, even roomy enough to not be overly crowded using the pullout bed for our teenage granddaughter. Helpful having two toilets and sinks. Extremely high temp (in the 90s) while we were there and the AC doesn’t go really low, but the extra fan kept things comfortable. Very nice decor and accommodations throughout the property. The price we got for the size of the room compared to other smaller nearby properties was great.

Cons:

The neighborhood has some sketchy areas but that’s true along many streets close to the train station. Very walkable to train, lake and Old Town.

Luxury hotel near train station and lake attractions with free transit pass.
Pros:

Wonderful location near the tram and train station. Easy walk to the lake and river near the Nations Disteict. Fabulous desk staff. Amazing room - spacious, wonderful beds and bath. Good AC that was appreciated in the heat wave. Lovely reception lounge. Great value and the free tram/bus passes with your stay allows you to explore the city. Very close to bus depot for day trip to Annency.

Such a lovely comfortable hotel with exceptional decor and comfort.
Pros:

Absolutely loved the decor and cleanliness, and the attention to detail re furniture and fittings was exceptional.

Cons:

Didn’t make use of balcony as no real view… But quality and comfort of room made up for this.

Pros:

Киплинг отель 3 * в колониальном стиле. При малой звездности уютно, чисто, тихо, комфортно. Номер просторный, кровать большая, удобная. В номере чайник, чашки и стаканы, мини бар для напитков. В ванной есть фен, мыло, шампунь. Персонал приветливый. Удачное расположение. Всего несколько минут пешком до набережной и городского пляжа. Благодаря транспортной карте предоставляемой отелем, нет проблем передвижения по городу. Можно добраться до любой достопримечательности и, нагулявшись, вернуться. Карта влючает поездку из и в а/порт. Есть возможность оставить чемоданы после выселения. У нас остались самые приятные впечатления.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt und gutes Frühstück. Besonderes Plus die Rezeption. Danke dass mein Onkel noch etwas länger daa Zimmer haben durfte und das auf ihn Rücksicht genommen wurde!
