Very Poor disappointed

Cons:

I booked 2 Nights Stay
But Had a emergency at my work place so had to go back on da Sunday morning I asked reception can they arrange a re fund or a credit on that night the said the fact I booked trough a 3 party no
They did not leave much value on booking.com
Ask why i did not book direct
I said there web site isn’t easy to navigate
They kept saying it’s much better to book direct

Okay for the money.
Pros:

Staff friendly and attentive. Cooked breakfast good quality. Good nights sleep, room quiet with no outside noise.

Cons:

We had been to the hotel several years ago and feel it is in need of an upgrade. Although the rooms where comfortable they could do with some maintenance. The pool/sauna/steam room were an important addition but again very dated. We ate at the restaurant one of the evenings, nothing to write home about, just mediocre.

Beautiful location, lovely staff, room needs a little attention to detail.
Pros:

Sea view from bedroom and dining room was great.
Staff very friendly, helpful and courteous.
Good selection at breakfast, buffet style with something for everyone.
Dinner was also very good and was fairly reasonably priced.
Spacious bedroom, comfy bed.

Cons:

Only one working usb for charging but plenty plug sockets.
Broken drawer, bathroom door damaged along the bottom, few small stains on carpet, shower was ok but no detachable head and a solid door would have been better than the curtain.
We didn’t go looking for issues but noticed these things due to price paid.

Pros:

The view.

Cons:

The fact that on checking in the lady took 3 phone calls and left us standing there until she had sorted them all out but disregarded the fact that us as customers were standing in front of her for at least 20 mins until when my husband gave off she stopped answering the phone and got us checked in.
The bedroom carpet was badly stained and only 1 window opened.
The pool was full of kids..
I expected a luxury hotel and this was far from it.
Very neglected.
Would never stay here again.
