Enjoyable stay but dining was not up to expectations.
Pros:

Location was superb. Bedroom was large with fantastic sea view. Excellent bed. Very polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Food was fine with large portions but it felt like an upmarket Premier Inn with a large plastic menu. Tables close together. Queue for the single toaster.

Pleasant hotel , young staff providing a good service
Pros:

hot breakfast buffet a bit tired, hard fried eggs for example
cold buffet look good.
Dinner menu good and food matched expectations
didnt use the pool but it looked good

Cons:

Faulty toilet cistern in room was very noisey, but attended to quickly and issue resolved.

My stay in the Redcastle hotel
Pros:

Lovely hotel staff great. Nice food. All round good

Cons:

Only one small thing is there was only one 4 slot toaster for all the guests having breakfast and it can be very busy . Everything else was perfect.
