Calm and beautiful
Pros:

Beautiful location, well kept, very clean and with very nice staff. Room was ok, nothing fancy, but clean and nice. Lovely wine selection available at the restaurant. Very peaceful and calm place.

We were very disappointed by the staff's complete lack of flexibility and customer care. Due to personal reasons, we had to leave a day earlier than planned. Understanding the situation, we asked for a reasonable compromise—such as a small discount for the unused night, given that we wouldn't be using breakfast or requiring room cleaning. Management was completely unyielding and strictly demanded full payment without any room for discussion. We paid in full, but the rigid attitude and lack of empathy left a very bad impression.
