Pros:

Une expérience exceptionnelle au Siamgrand Hotel d'Udon Thani !
Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans cet établissement et nous y retournerons sans l'ombre d'un doute.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par le très grand parking, extrêmement pratique et accessible. L'accueil y est formidable : le personnel est d'une gentillesse remarquable, chaleureux et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients.

Le véritable point fort reste la chambre : c'est tout simplement la première fois que nous logeons dans un espace aussi vaste ! Les volumes sont impressionnants, la propreté est irréprochable et l'entretien de tout l'établissement est manifeste. La literie est d'un confort absolu, garantissant des nuits parfaitement reposantes. La salle de bain n'est pas en reste, offrant elle aussi de grandes dimensions avec une douche spacieuse particulièrement agréable.

Côté loisirs et services, la très belle piscine à l'eau salée est un pur bonheur pour se détendre. Le matin, l'établissement propose un petit-déjeuner complet, varié et offrant énormément de choix pour tous les goûts. Plus globalement, on y mange vraiment très bien, que ce soit pour le premier repas de la journée ou les autres collations.

En conclusion, avec des prestations d'une telle qualité et des tarifs très corrects, le Siamgrand Hotel offre un rapport qualité-prix imbattable à Udon Thani. Une adresse à recommander les yeux fermés !

Overall my stay here at the hotel was good and would come back here to stay again

Nat is a Exceptional Customer Service rep for the Siam Grande Hotel!!!
Pros:

All staff members were professional and very courteous, Spacious clean rooms, beds were Very comfortable, and plenty of parking are a few of the things that stand out. My overall experience for the 3 day stay was exceptional, especially coordinating my stay with Nat, for 4 rooms. Nat was extremely professional, patient, accomodated all my requests, and was the primary reason I decided to stay at this hotel.

Cons:

Didnt actuall find anything I did not like.

Pros:

Das Hotel wird von schon seit Jahren wenn wir in Udon Thani sind gebucht. Es erfüllt immer alle unsere Anforderungen. Mittlerweile wurde auch das Frühstücksbüfett erweitert und nochmals verbessert.

Cons:

The staff that met at the front desk were not the brightest . Asked if they seved dinner , they said no and there was .
They put me on hold to answer the phone as they were checking me in .
