I will not stay here again unless they replace the carpet and caulking the entire bathroom.
Pros:

The location for this hotel is great. The breakfast is reasonably good.

Cons:

It's not as clean as I would expect for the room and the hotel itself. They need to replace the whole carpet in the hotel, and caulking the entire bathroom to make it look nice and clean.

Cons:

Mình đặt phòng trước từ 22/7 qua booking đã được xác nhận thành công ngày 15/8 mình vào nhận phòng lễ tân bảo hết phòng, đơn của mình bên khách sạn chưa nhận được sau đó dổ lỗi cho bên booking, mình đi 3 cặp vợ chồng sau ks báo còn 2 phòng dự trữ cho mình ở và ghép thêm giường xếp vì hết phòng nên mình vẫn chấp nhận. Nhưng khi tính tiền phòng thì lại thu thêm phụ phí 2 người thành tiền gần bằng 3 phòng trong khi đó chất lượng phòng không đúng như mình đặt ban đầu. Mình không khoa khăn gì với ks nhưng ở góc độ khách hàng mình thấy cách giải quyết vấn đề của ks là ko hợp lí khi có vấn đề sảy ra.
1. Thứ nhất thay vì đổ lỗi khách sạn nên tìm hướng giải quyết cho hợp lí
2. Thứ 2 là thu phụ phí như vậy có hợp lí không? Nó gây bức súc cho khách hàng

Restaurant was great, bar in reception great and a good place for our group to meet up, breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Pool area is more like a commercial swimming pool than hotel pool, needs more shaded comfortable seating away from main pool entrance so you can enjoy more with a drink

Unter unserem Zimmer auf der Terrasse Karaokaparty, wie überall höllisch laut.
Zum Glück um 21.45 beendet. Aber das ist der falsche Platz für private Geburtstagsfeiern.
