Pros:

Nice location near the airport. Comfortable rooms and furniture.

Cons:

Only airport pickups are free, airport drop offs are $8. Quite irritating that this isn’t clear in the hotel description.

Was great as a stop near to Entebbe airport. Would use it again.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. They had an airport shuttle as well which I used both there and back again to the airport. He was a very kind and good driver. Returning to the airport was at 2:30 a.m. and they accommodated all my requests. The rooms were spacious and breakfast on the balcony was lovely.

Wonderful, comfortable and memorable
Pros:

Beautiful, clean property and garden. Very spacious inside the hotel and rooms. The beds are big and so comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short due to other commitments and the hotel accommodated that and understood.
The staff were outstanding, helpful and caring. I arrived very early and the hotel still sent me a shuttle taxi outside of their pick up time.

Pros:

The room was spacious, the bed is really great and soft and the lights are bright enough.

The garden is beautiful and the main gate is electronic. I really liked this because there is no noise drama when entering or exiting the premise.

The water pressure in the bathroom is great. I loved it.

I also loved the fact that the entire surrounding is really quiet, so we had a very great night sleep.

Also, the place is in close proximity to the airport so it is not a struggle to pick up someone from there.

Cons:

The sandals are stupidly old school for a hotel that charges in the range of $70-$100 a night in Uganda. I have stayed at multiple hotels in this price range and that was the worst. There is a very old school slippers/bath sandals called umoja and these guys supply this in their rooms. Very old, nothing special about them. I clearly indicated that we were two adults and there was just one pair to make everything worse. Hey guys, go get some new fancy slippers and let guests have something to celebrate about.

They have less attention to detail. One water bottle was available in the room upon check-in instead of two, the sockets are stupidly old school. A place of this this standard should have electric wall sockets that fit chargers/adapters from different markets. Many Similar hotels in Uganda have these installed. Our japanese chargers couldn't work so we left with almost no charge on our laptops and phones. They better work on this.

The bed lights have no brightness adjustment knob. The reason for such a light is to allow the guest adjust brightness to their needs. Instead, they have one that only has an on & off switch. They can easily replace this in one day.

The delivery van was not in the best condition. One of the side doors wasn't working properly and needed to be banged really hard for it to close perfectly. I may sound mean on this, but it is true and why not work on it? This is a business of first impression matters! That is hospitality, if one is not ready for perfection, then better quit the industry.

A relaxed stay, value for money and good breakfast
Pros:

Great breakfast, clean room and filled with toiletries. The shuttle was great — after some non responsiveness via booking.com.
The rooms are spacious and the environment is great for relaxation.

Cons:

Nothing really! The initial zero response via booking.com was resolved shortly after. Not something that can dent my experience.

Pros:

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueilli. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. Nous avons mangé sur le place et le dîner était délicieux et copieux. On est venu nous récupérer à l’aéroport gratuitement c’était appréciable. La chambre était très bien agencée. Salle de bain fonctionnelle. Le cadre est paisible.
