Pros:

We had a few complaints about some things and the manager solved them promptly.
We were also able to get a room exchanged as we didn't like the first one offered

Cons:

Some staff were very very rude (waiters/cooking staff in the breakfast hall)
Was nearly overcharged for an extra night due to the receptionist's incompetence.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. There were no small creatures in the room. The shower also had good hot water. The staff was very friendly and the cleaning was done nicely every day. We were treated really kindly and helped with everything. We were treated very kindly and helped with everything. I would really like to visit again - I warmly recommend the hotel to others too

Cons:

It was nice to have breakfast and the service was good. However, the food was the same every day, so we didn't bother going for breakfast at all during the rest of our holiday. In the evening, we had to wait a really long time for our food in the restaurant after ordering.

The staff were friendly

Cons:

Arrival, security tried to charge us to park.
Room was advertised with air-conditioning and mosquito net, his was not true.
Room we book, they gave us on ground floor right next to kitchen and car park, Room smelt of burnt food and car fumes.
We asked to move but only had a small room available, no refund or compensation offered.
Couldn't sleep due to loud music from next door, hotel security did nothing about this.
Asked for fan as no air-conditioning in room, here was no fans available.
We asked for water to ty help keep us cool, we were told we had to buy it from bar.
Bathroom had mold around ceiling.
Windows didn't close fully so mosquitos in room.
Overall the experience was poor and we would not recommend it.
