Kalamoana il top 🔝
Pros:

Kalamoana è il migliore tra i 7 hotel provati a Bali. Tutto perfetto, il personale molto attento, preciso e ospitale. Davvero un posto indimenticabile.

Cons:

Non ho trovato nulla che non mi piacesse.

Staff super gentile a conduzione familiare, disponibili per qualsiasi problema, colazione buona, dispone anche di noleggio bici
Pulita e ben organizzata. Posizione un po piu interna

Poco insonorizzata, la mattina il rumore della moschea nelle stanze superiori si percepisce ma e un problema che c’e su tutta l’isola a quanto pare e si sentivano le galoppate dei cavalli pero accettabile

La posizione e la gentilezza e disponibilità dei ragazzi

Cons:

Dovevamo avere un appartamento con terrazzo e invece era a piano terra e secondo loro era giusto così ma la terrazza era uno spazio comune.
C'era un solo tavolo piccolo per fare colazione da dividere con 2 appartamenti.
L'appartamento non aveva finestre e la doccia era arrugginita e non funzionava bene.
Poi senza indicarlo nella descrizione erano presenti dei gatti e io e mio marito siamo allergici (i gatti entravano negli appartamenti, infatti la prima notte siamo stati male, però loro sono stati gentili e l'hanno ripulita con cambio lenzuola).
Colazione molto basica e in generale si faceva fatica a comunicare con loro in inglese.
Inoltre erano molto disorganizzati perché una mattina abbiamo atteso per 2 uova e 1 pattino di frutta per 1 ora.

Poorly built, outdated, could hear the neighbours, bathroom not really clean and outdated.
Pros:

We really do not understand the rating for this house. Although the staff was attentive and helpful, the house is poorly built with paper-thin walls and had even holes in it (we tried to repair it with some plasters to prevent mosquitos and other creatures getting in). The floor with the double bed was really hot during the day even with the AC on. We could hear everything the neighbours did and the doors and windows did not close properly - not speaking of tiny gaps but there were centimetre wide gaps. The minibar also had an open bottle of water and a can of coke. The cleanliness was ok under Indonesian standards, but during our 3 weeks stay in Indonesia this was the one horrible experience none of us could really enjoy, we considered moving to another hotel but could not find one being peak season in August. One of the good things were the spaciousness and the breakfast was delicious. The push bike rental was also great.

Cons:

Our overall experience was bad - not even ok for 2 nights. The bathroom could use a renovation and an overall thorough cleaning. The lack of sound isolation really deducts the value of the house.

Pros:

The staff were brilliant! So friendly and kept our bags for us when we arrived early and wanted to explore. Breakfast was great as well.

Cons:

The bed was a bit noisy but nothing that bothered us!

Struttura a 10 minuti a piedi dal porto.
Letto molto comodo

Cons:

Evidenti tracce di muffa nel bagno
Lo shampoo non era molto buono, non faceva schiuma e non permetteva un lavaggio adeguato dei capelli.
Di sera un poʻ deserta la strada che porta alla struttura, consiglio di farla in bicicletta o di tornare presto se la fate a piedi

Siamo stati benissimo al Kalamoana House.
Struttura molto bella e pulizia impeccabile.
Lo staff, Riski e Agus, sono due persone speciali. Attenti a tutto, scrupolosi e sempre pronti a soddisfare le richieste dei clienti.
Giornalmente trovavamo la camera pulita e profumata.
La colazione è fantastica. Il banana cinnamon pancake è spettacolare. Sempre compreso il the/caffè e frutta.
La posizione è ottima. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia ma leggermente defilato dai locali che la sera tengono la musica alta.
Consigliamo veramente di soggiornare al Kalamoana!

Je conseille vivement ! Propre et endroit calme
Pros:

Logement extrêmement propre !
Bien que situé dans l’île la plus festive et bruyante , l’hôtel est isolé et se trouve à 10 min de marche des lieux bruyants.
Très bon petit déjeuner
Location de scooters électriques sur place
