I've used Icon Apartments for the past 9 years and this was a horrible experience
Pros:

My apartment was cleaned once in the whole 7 days that I stayed at the Icon Apartments and when I enquired, I was told that they only clean 4 days after arrival. Linen was not changed the whole 7 days. I had to re-use the same towels and they only changed them on day 4.

Cons:

The TV had absolutely no connection, not even SABC, I cound not even watch the news. I was told that I had to use my own DST stream details or Netflix
The service was horrible, I requested to cancel the booking and move to another accoummodation and I was met with a hostile and rude "if you do that you are not going to get your refund"

I requested to see the manager and that was also met with a silent decline.
