Cons:

W aneksie kuchennym teoretycznie niezależnego apartamentu nie ma dostępu do wody a z urządzeń kuchennych dostępny jest tylko czajnik elektryczny. Kompletny, ogólnodostępny aneks kuchenny jest zlokalizowany dwa piętra niżej, co przy większej liczbie gości (na szczęście, poza nami chyba akurat nikogo nie było) może utrudniać korzystanie.
