Pros:

The location was very good

Cons:

The bed was too small for two persons and there was no kitchen despite being a homestay

Pros:

Quiet location, clean, friendly owner.

Cons:

For a business traveller a work desk is necessary which was missing. A wash basin in the bathroom with a mirror was missing (for men it is almost impossible to shave without these).

Best budget friendly option in Tezpu
Pros:

The best option for a budget friendly stay in Tezpur! The location is in a quiet neighborhood. The host is very hospitable, and recommended a doctor nearby when I fell sick. The room is clean and they provide you with a towel, toothpaste, shampoo. Comes with a kettle and coffee, tea, sugar as well that you can make in your room.

The only downside is that since this is budget friendly, it doesn't include AC but thankfully Tezpur wasn't hot when I was there so that's something you need to keep in mind.
