l'Hotel sebbene non abbia reception è molto efficiente ed è presente una cucina con frigoriferi in cui conservare il proprio cibo e mangiarle.

Bed bugs and denial

Cons:

Bed bugs were found in one of the two rooms we had booked. When we found out at 10:00pm we immediately called the emergency number, asking to be relocated. The person on the line told us there was nothing he could do. We had to pack and leave the hotel in emergency at 11:00pm. Our kids were completely panicked and we were afraid that our luggages and clothes were already infested. Horrible experience for the rest of our road trip and return home.

I have shared the photos and even a video of the bugs with the hotel. Despite of that, their "experts" pretend they have not found any bug - whereas we spotted at least 10 crowling the bed, the wall (behind the TV) and the floor on the night before!

Despite their promise the Riverside have not fully refunded our rooms, only the £100 indemnification we requested to compensate the last minute relocation costs in Swindon.

Simply avoid this place.

Extremely clean. Luxuriant bed. All basic facilities there.

Cons:

Weird to have no check in human, but worked ok.
Noisy by motorway. Shower was terrible both flow, and also fluctuating temperature.

Mauvais expérience.
Cons:

Le bruit de la route, c’était insupportable.
La chambre était bien et propre mais la deco des espaces communs très froide et triste.
J’aurais apprécié trouver de la glace car il faisant très chaud 32°.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel
