Mooi hotel maar er moeten nog wat aanpassingen worden gedaan.
Pros:

De kamers zijn mooi en er is een zwembad om ‚s middags nog even af te koelen.

Cons:

onze kamer (103) had helaas een heel klein balkon. Het hotel is erg gehorig.

Personnellement, au vu de mon expérience, je déconseille cet établissement.
Cons:

Malheureusement, mon séjour dans cet établissement ne s’est pas bien passé. J’ai rencontré plusieurs problèmes concernant les services proposés ainsi que la communication avec l’établissement. Je souhaite donc partager honnêtement mon expérience afin que les futurs clients puissent en tenir compte avant de réserver.

Sauna : le sauna ne fonctionne que de 20h à 22h, alors que cette restriction n’était pas mentionnée dans les conditions de réservation.
Draps de lit : nous avons séjourné 7 nuits et les draps n’ont jamais été changés pendant toute la durée de notre séjour.
Parking : il était indiqué que le parking était gratuit, sous réserve de réservation préalable. J’avais effectué la demande dès avril 2026 et j’avais également envoyé un message privé pour réserver une place. Un retour m’avait confirmé la réservation du parking. Pourtant, à notre arrivée, aucune place ne nous était réservée. On nous a simplement expliqué que le fonctionnement était « premier arrivé, premier servi ». Dans ce cas, je ne comprends pas à quoi correspond la réservation préalable d’une place de parking.
Eau chaude : à notre arrivée, il nous a été demandé de ne pas éteindre le chauffe-eau. Pourtant, à deux reprises pendant notre séjour, la femme de ménage l’a éteint. En rentrant le soir, nous n’avions donc pas d’eau chaude et avons dû attendre que l’eau chauffe à nouveau.
Ménage de la chambre : un jour, nous sommes sortis vers 14h et avons demandé que la chambre soit nettoyée. À notre retour le soir, le ménage n’avait pas été effectué. J’ai moi-même dû vider les poubelles. Les caméras de l’établissement peuvent d’ailleurs le confirmer.
Face à l’ensemble de ces problèmes et au fait que plusieurs conditions annoncées lors de la réservation n’ont pas été respectées, j’ai demandé un remboursement de 20 % du montant de ma facture. Ma demande n’a malheureusement pas été acceptée.
Je partage cet avis afin que les futurs clients puissent réserver en connaissance de cause.

Udany pobyt. Polecam!
Pros:

Przesympatyczna obsługa w recepcji. Szczególnie Dżena. Tak pomocnej, zorganizowanie i miłej osoby dawno nie spotkałam. W ogóle panie w recepcji są bardzo dobrze zorientowane, jeśli chodzi o transport i okoliczne atrakcje. Warto korzystać z ich wskazówek.
Ponadto fajny basen, bardzo czysto, dobre śniadanie.

Cons:

Hotel znajduje się przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Przejście na drugą stronę, do plaży jest mało bezpieczne.

Relaxing and nice
Pros:

Fairly new hotel. Very clean. Reception staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is away from main beaches in Budva which during high season is a plus. Small beach in-front. Stairs to reach beach. Very nice that in room there were toiletries like toothbrush and paste.

Cons:

Room was not so spacious but all rest was good.

Apró kis luxus, extra kedves fogadtatás
Pros:

Késő este értünk oda, mert a határnál 3,5 órát vártunk, de a tulajdonos/menedzser hölgy megvárt minket és beengedett éjfél körül egyből. Másnap egy végtelen kedves, és aranyos recepciós hölgy mindent megmutatott, és remek volt az ott töltött idő. Másnap a fedett parkolóba át tudtunk még állni, ami extra szuper volt, hisz két nap múlva hűs autóba szàllhattunk. A reggeli is nagyon szuper!

Cons:

Késő este nem volt étkezési lehetőség, max ha elmentünk volna Budváig, rendelni próbáltunk, de oda már pont nem szállítottak ki.

All in all, everything was perfect, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, the amenities, you can even connect to the spea

Nothing literally nothing everything was perfect, yes its a small hotel but its new and very nice and it will be bigger in the future.

O experienta placuta!
Pros:

Locatia excelenta, micul dejun diversificat , mult si gustos. Personalul este amabil si zambitor.
In apropiere se afla statia de autobuz care duce spre Budva.
Kamenovo o plaja foarte faina, in apropierea hotelului

Cons:

In primul rand as dori sa stiti ca hotelul nu este in Budva, ci la 8 km de centrul istoric, nu la 4 km cum scrie pe Booking. Nu mi a placut ca nu s a specificat faptul ca se poate rezerva parcarea. Desi parcarea este gratuita, dupa patru zile am avut surpriza sa ni se spuna sa ne mutam masina ca locul ales de noi este rezervat. (10 euro/zi, erau rezervate 4/5). Am fost de acord sa platim cei 10 euro, dar rezervarea trebuia facuta de la inceput. Am parcat masina tot langa hotel, gratuit, dar unde o parcasem initial era mult mai ,,protejata,, , fara a fi pericol sa ne blocheze cineva. Mentionez ca la check in , domnisoara de la receptie ne a spus ca putem parca oriunde gasim liber, ulterior, dupa situatia creata si dupa discutia avuta si a cerut iertare ca nu ne a informat legat de rezervare.
NU este o satiune ieftina! ( nu are legatura cu ,,ce nu v-a placut,, , e doar o informatie)

רעש מהחדרים הסמוכים. שומעים כשמתקלחים או מדברים מהחדר הסמוך. ארוחת בוקר סבירה, לא יותר. מיטה קשה ולא נוחה.
