Pros:

Le professionnalisme et la gentillesse du personnel. Bravo à toute l'équipe

Cons:

La chambre était grande mais malheureusement nous donnions sur la route, accès principal de toutes les voitures. Bruyant et difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions

Pros:

Molto accogliente e di gusto l'arredo della hall, stanze accoglienti e pulite, bagno moderno con rubinetteria d'antan ma funzionale. Personale gentile, colazione abbondante e con prodotti di zona (ottimo lo yogurt e le frittelle di mele), apprezzata la bottiglia d'acqua al tavolo. Una coccola la merenda pomeridiana. Unico appunto le camere poco insonorizzate, ma è davvero un dettaglio

Excellent hotel, highly recommended.
Pros:

We stayed in a superior double room and for a hotel in a ski resort the room was a really good size.
Travelling with other family members all staying in same hotel.
spotlessly clean….well decorated.
Bathroom was fab, very clean…shower good pressure and again, immaculate. Tea and coffee in room. Paying mini bar.
There is afternoon complimentary coffee/ tea in reception are with selection of cakes and sliced melon.
Very nice touch and unexpected.
Parking is opposite the hotel in public car park…it gets busy but can always find a space.
Breakfast really good. Large selection of pastries/ croissants/ breads/ spreads/ cheeses/ hams/ cereals plus hot included, omelettes and egg, bacon etc…best breakfast of our holiday in Italy.
There is a bar, open until midnight.
The reception staff during our stay, 16th go 20th July, were exceptionally good. Professional, friendly…as were breakfast staff.
Would I recommend. Absolutely. One of the nicest hotels and made particularly so by the staff.

Uitstekend hotel met alle comfort en service.
Pros:

Het hotel is zeer mooi en comfortabel ingericht helemaal in de stijl van de streek. Er zijn nog hele oude elementen bewaard en vermengd met nieuwe zaken.
Het ontbijt was schitterend, ontzettend uitgebreid met alle mogelijke variaties.

Cons:

Het ligt in het centrum van Champoluc en dat houdt in dat er veel doorgaand verkeer is maar dat hoort bij deze ligging.

A home from home atmosphere in the heart of the mountains.
Pros:
