This is classed as a 4 star hotel! It is so not 4 star . We booked ‘the best room’ in the hotel , or so we thought . It overlooked the kids football pitch which was very noisy with kids playing football . It had no chairs on the balcony and it was overlooked by the building site next door, so much so you couldn’t get in and out of the shower without being seen ! We had paid over £300 a night for this room. We asked to be moved to another room (which was cheaper ) and asked for a refund . The owner refused ! We then got into the new room and during our first shower the bathroom flooded due to a blocked drain. The water also soaked our cases in the bedroom ! The loo seat was wobbly , the wardrobe for 2 people was 18 inches wide and the wood on the windows was rotting . The balcony had 2 chairs but you couldn’t sit next to each other as the balcony was so narrow, so not enjoyable . There was no kettle in the room so we had to go downstairs to the breakfast room for hot water whenever we wanted a drink .The first room had a tv but no tv in the second room . As for the pool area , don’t be fooled by the glossy photos , it is cramped , overlooked by builders next door , and very scruffy area around the pool ( a dirty towel in the shower area stayed there for 6 days ) and we saw no one using the pool in our 9 day visit (we certainly didn’t ) . The breakfast was so uninteresting and repetitive : Fruit , cereal , yoghurt , a weird cake , and fried eggs and sausages or bacon and potato EVERY day .- that’s it !The breakfast area didn’t feel particularly clean ( see pics).I also got 2 powerful electric shocks from the stairwell wall . I reported it and I think the maintenance guy fixed it but I didn’t feel confident enough to place my hand there again ! This ‘hotel’Feels more like a hostel . So very disappointing for our trip of a lifetime

Power went out, and there were some issues with the toilet working
The location was amazing, and very pretty view of the beach directly from our bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful with recommendations.
The shower pressure was weak and the temperature was difficult to regulate, but quite standard for being on an island !

Bathroom sink had concrete like substance come crashing down in the night. Loud a/c unit dripping water onto one of the beds. 1 of 4 bedside outlets working. No curtains on 2 of 3 windows allowing morning light to wake you at 6 am. Do not book standard room here!
Beachfront location was very nice with the pool also a cooling oasis away from the heat at points. Room was nice and the roof terrace also gave great views over the coastline
great location, nice big comfortable beds. We left early on our last day and were provided with a breakfast basket as we were not able to make breakfast that morning. Lots of games available to use in reception, and good toiletries. Overall a nice hotel, think we were unlucky with our room.
I booked this stay last minute and unfortunately our stay did not reflect the price point of which we paid. Our bathroom had an off smell, almost of drains/sewage. We were on the bottom floor and it was very noisy, and the shower temperature was very temperamental. The breakfast buffet was sadly nothing special, and our bathroom mirror was covered in rust. We were approached many times outside the hotel, which was fine, but the hotel itself had very little security- not locking front doors at night etc.
If it were not for the higher price point the stay would’ve been fine, but ultimately it was far too expensive for what it was.
