Разположение на 10 минути от гара Термини и на 10 минути от Колизеума. Алесандра беше много любезна - пристигнахме около 23:00 часа и тя ни чакаше, за да ни настани, като получихме и подарък при пристигане, както и полезна информация за заведенията в района, които се оказаха чудесни. Посетете траторията на ъгъла, както и пекарна Roscioli. Също така сладоледена къща Fassi и сладкарница Rigolli. Всички те са съвсем наблизо и са на изключително високо ниво. На 50 м. от къщата има и два хранителни магазина - Conad и Penny, а малко по-далече на 200 м. има още един. Да не забравяме и пицарията на парчи Alice. Спирката на метрото е съвсем наблизо. Стаята е удобна, със собствена баня и климатик. Видях, че друга стая също имаше собствена баня, която обаче беше извън самата стая - бяха врата до врата. Нашата баня беше вътре в стаята. Има хладилник, микровълнова, сет прибори - всичко необходимо за приятен престой.

Der Check in war absolut problemlos, wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Es gab Wasser, Tee, Kaffee und sogar ein kleines Gastgeschenk.
Das Bett ist bequem und die Unterkunft sauber. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Coloseum ist nur 10Min Fußweg entfernt. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Restaurants und Bars.
Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

The day we flew in we contacted the owner from the airport to see if we could get into the apartment early or leave our bags. An easy walk from the Termini. Alessandra was very responsive and met us at the apartment when we arrived which was very nice. She explained where we were on the map and how to get to the main sites and was very helpful. Trattoria Vecchia a block away was very good but a reservation is needed as there was a long line to get in. It was quiet at night and we were able to walk to the Forum and Colosseum and the metro stop was close by to get to the Vatican.

Obsługa bardzo miła. Jeszcze przed przyjazdem był dobry kontakt mailowy. Na miejscu powitała nas uśmiechnięta i życzliwa Aleksandra, która odpowiedziała na wszystkie nasze pytania i dała nam kilka praktycznych wskazówek.
Pensjonat jest czysty i schludny. Jest wyposażony we wszystko, co potrzeba: lodówka, mikrofala, czajnik, klimatyzacja, TV i WiFi. Obiekt ma bardzo dobrą lokalizację. Do Koloseum i głównych zabytków można dojść spacerem w 15-20 minut. Kilka minut od pensjonatu jest metro. Wokół liczne knajpki, gdzie można dobrze i niedrogo zjeść - ceny korzystniejsze niż w restauracjach przy atrakcjach turystycznych. W pobliżu jest duży sklep spożywczy. Do dworca Termini skąd odjeżdżają autobusy na lotnisko jest 12 min.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czysto,klimatyzacja w pokoju, sympatyczna gospodyni.
Doskonałą miejscówka na szybki trip po Rzymie.
Blisko metro, dobre restauracje

Alloggio davvero bello con host gentile e disponibile, tanti spazi e posizione molto comoda. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo consigliamo assolutamente per una vacanza a Roma!

Am revenit după un an și am fost întâmpinați cu aceeași bucurie de către Alessandra.
Locația se află într-o zonă sigură, la 5 minute de stația de metrou. In apropiere este o tavernă foarte bună, două supermarket-uri si faimoasa gelaterie FASSI. Camera aflată la etajul 1 curată cu toate utilitățile necesare exact ca în prezentarea de pe Booking. Pentru deplasarea cu transportul în comun, am avut bilet de 7 zile, cu 29 €. Biletul se validează numai la urcare (în interiorul autobuzului sau tramvaiului). Cu acest bilet se ajunge cu metroul la Ostia Antica ( aproape 30 Km)

The property was in a great location, was remarkably clean, the host was very accommodating, and it was very thought out. Even down to giving robes for use.

It was cool in the apartment (during our hot summer stay). It was quiet in the apartment: no traffic audible and no noise from neighbours. Sabrina gave us good food/restaurant tips, and her mobile number. Clean, and easy to keep clean. A balcony (overlooking a courtyard) where we could hand/machine wash and dry clothes. Clear recycling bins in the hall. Very near a metro station, and the pice park in Piazza Vittorio Emmannuele. Easy to walk to Termini if needed. The area felt safe. A mult-ethnic area, which was nice. A jug kettle!

Amazing stay. Alessandra was so lovely and knowledgeable and told us everything we needed to know on arrival, the free gifts, which my daughter loved, were a welcome bonus. Location was ideal, there are shops and eateries all around, a local park that leads you straight to the Collossium and supermarkets close by, and it's only a 10 minute walk to Termini. We got the shuttle bus from the airport and walked from Termini to the accommodation and it was doable, even in 30 degree heat with a big suitcase. We didn't use the bus or public transport again after that, preferring to walk. We managed to walk to the Vatican museums from here, stopping on the way, it was a lovely walk. There is a lift so no need to worry about stairs if you have luggage. The amenities were great, we had a private bathroom and everything we needed was provided. I would definitely stay here again! Fantastic Italian apartment with all you need to visit Rome... great location, walkable to the Colosseum and plenty of good food options around the corner.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - hat auf uns am Abend gewartet, obwohl unsere Flugzeit erst verschoben, dann der Flieger zu spät kam. Sie empfing uns bestens vorbereitet mit Wein, einem kleinen Geschenk und ausführlichen Informationen zur Stadt. Das Apartment ist liebevoll und nützlich ausgestattet und liegt perfekt als Ausgang für alle Erkundungen. 100% Empfehlung ! Vielen Dank und weiterhin alles Gute!

Alessandra was a lovely host allowing us an early check in, advising us of all the local sites and recommendations of restaurants to visit. Room was clean and comfortable and private with a great in room ensuite.

The host was lovely and very helpful.

The location was a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini, 5 minutes from nearest metro and a 15 walk from the Colesseum and there were supermarkets and lots of cafes/restaurants nearby.

The property had air conditioning in the bedroom and a washing machine was available too. The shower was great.
