Nice and cosy
Pros:

Nice and cosy appartment, with parking right next to the doors. In a walking distance from Hotel Ballachulish with a great restaurant. Good internet. Payed AC car charging spot at a parking lot nearby.

Cons:

It was advertised (and originally confirmed by the owners!) that the AC car charger is free for the guests - which is NOT true and it's just one of many publicly available chargers (ChargePlaces Scotland).

Pros:

A great location for access to the Glencoe region. The room was huge, but it was a bit dated. The bathroom was very spacious and the grounds were beautiful.

Cons:

Could use an update and the walls were a bit thin.

Nice place to chill out, unfortunately we missed a night and full day due to delays with ferries .
Pros:

Lovely location, good walks from the property.
Very comfortable beds and sumptuous bedding.
Good facilities in room

Cons:

Noise from upstairs room.

Prices for Spa facilities were very expensive.

Room was very nice, clean and spacious

Cons:

Room was not equipped to make a tea or coffee...which was possible everywhere else. I cannot recommend to have dinner there, quality is not fantastic, it is overpriced and served in paper containers.

Pros:

La localisation, et la salle de bain.

Cons:

Nous étions logés dans la chambre 5, située au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons été particulièrement gênés par le manque d’insonorisation : nous avions l’impression que les occupants du dessus marchaient directement sur le plafond, et nous entendions absolument tous les bruits, ce qui a fortement nui à notre confort.
Par ailleurs, un point d’amélioration important concerne les équipements : le sèche-cheveux était rangé dans une table de chevet à côté du lit, ce qui n’est pas du tout pratique. Il serait bien plus logique de le mettre à disposition dans la salle de bain.

Pros:

The room was very spacious that was a pig advantage. They provided many bathroom supplies (even hair conditioner which is something I haven't seen a lot). The staff was extremely helpful to anything we needed as well! I would definitely recommend.
Also the food truck was very close when needed, the food was fantastic!!

Cons:

We don't have anything negative to report really. We only stayed for a day, so we didn't get to experience much of the activities around, so we can't review that part. The only thing to have in mind, is that if you want to use the hot tub you can book a room with one included, other wise you will have to book your time slot in the common used one. So if you want to use it at a specific timing, be aware to book in advance.

Comfortable chair in room would have been a bonus as there was space.
