Beautiful location with amazing views. Very dog friendly hotel. Delicious food. The perfect getaway!

Our stay at hotel Hohenfels was amazing! The location is perfect. You do not need the car to start beautiful hikes or bike rides.
The rooms were very clean with beautiful views, and very quiet.
Our dog was more than welcome in the hotel, and was even allowed to come to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Which was definitely a big plus for us.
The staff were very nice and polite and made us feel very welcome.
Breakfast and dinner were also very good! Everything tastes fresh and home made. Highly recommend the half-board / pension, it is definitely worth it.

Thank you hotel Hohenfels for our lovely stay, we enjoyed every minute of it!

Cons:

Nach drei Tagen wurde kein Zimmerservice gemacht. Als wir nach drei Tagen in Folge gefragt haben, bekam ich die Auskunft wir hätten das Schild Zimmer aufräumen an die Tür hängen müssen. Was seltsam ist da ja die ersten drei Tage der Service gemacht wurde ohne unser zutun.
Wenn man nur die Hauptspeise morgens gewählt hat, wäre es schön gewesen wenn man eine normale Portion bekommen hätte. Und nicht nur einen halben Fisch und einen Esslöffel Reis und einen Esslöffel Gemüse. Den für diese Portion sind 24 € ein sehr teurer Preis.

Sehr erholsam und angenehm, Pool ist super um sich an schwülen Tagen abzukühlen.
