Keine Wiederholungsgefahr.

Die angebotenen Leistungen entsprechen dem was man in diesem Preisniveau auch erwarten kann.

Cons:

Die auf der Homepage angepriesenen Leistungen in Verbindung mit , Reisen mit Hund,, wurden nicht eingehalten. Bei der Begrüßung ( check in ) hat sich kein Willkommensgefühl eingestellt.
Unsere Intension war, einen Gastgeber zu finden bei welchem auch einmal ein längerer Urlaub lohnenswert ist.
Leider haben wir das hier nicht gefunden

Mooi hotel met uitzicht
Pros:

Het is een typisch Tirools hotel met een verwarmd zwembad en een kleine hotelgym.
De kamers zijn zeer groot en bieden alle comfort.

Ideal für eine Auszeit in den Bergen
Pros:

Toller Ausblick, sehr gutes Frühstück bzw. Abendessen.
Das Aussenschwimmbecken mit 30 Grad ist ein Traum, sehr schöne großzügige Ruhebereiche innen und im weitläufigen Garten.

Ein schöner Kurzurlaub
Pros:

Die Lage und Ausblick des Hotels ist traumhaft. Auch das Hotel selber ist sehr ansprechend. Das Personal ist freundlich und alle offenen Fragen wurden zufriedenstellend beantwortet.
Ganz besonders muss man das Frühstücks-Buffet und das Abendessen hervorheben. Es war sehr gut abgeschmeckt und sehr schön angerichtet. Das Auge ist ja bekanntlich mit.

Cons:

Wir waren das erste Mal in diesem Hotel und kannten daher die Räumlichkeiten nicht. Um den Zugang zum Wellnessbereich zu erfahren, mussten wir erst an der Rezeption nachfragen. Ein paar Ausschreibungen, in Form von Wegweiser oder ein Flyer im Zimmer wären da hilfreich gewesen. Auch eine Liste für die Anwendungen, wie z.B. Massage und die Zeiten, haben wir vermisst. So könnte man in Ruhe seinen Wellness-Tag planen.
Eine Minibar oder nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre auch toll gewesen.

Service war klasse, Ausstattung super, wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden und die Lage des Hotels ist auch sehr zentral an der Skipiste und auch in der Ortschaft.

An sich schöner Aufenthalt mit Verbesserungspotential
Pros:

Abendessen war sehr gut und lecker.
Zimmer waren geräumig und bis auf das Bad schön hergerichtet.
Personal war stets freundlich.

Cons:

Das Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig.
Das Frühstück könnte für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ausgiebiger sein.
Der Wellnessbereich im Keller ist renovierungsbedürftig. Vor allem die Duschen und die Dampfsauna. Bei den Duschen war Schimmel an den Decken und die Dampfsauna hatte einen unangenehmen Duft.
Beim Wellnessberich im Außenbereich lösen sich die Fliesen vom Boden.
