Not a safe place to stay, staff were not helpful, offered a pick up service from airport that I accepted they didn’t pick me up nor did they answer any calls from me, WhatsApp or airport help desk initially… I had communicated the flight change due to airline not me it was well known and knew of the changes and they assured me they would be there as I gave them flight numbers etc… with no one to pick up I was left stranded at the airport. Multiple attempts to call were unanswered. Same contact numbers they provided earlier were left unanswered even though they suggested WhatsApp to communicate they just ignored my calls. All contact numbers and booking.com were unanswered. I got to accommodation by getting help from help desk at airport by the time I got to accommodation, I was literally stayed for two hours. I couldn’t have breakfast other hotels knowing this type of thing usually offer to substitute a packed lunch option instead of breakfast, but they gave me nothing. Didn’t care but were happy to take full price for room. Didn’t care or try and help. The help desk at the airport eventually got a call answered and said they woke up and I have a room but no transfer I had to get myself there. Airport help again guided me to get a taxi to hotel. No apology no help no suggestions or discounts or any form of reimbursement for all the trouble. I paid because it was 2am and I was desperate. My tour knew I was being picked up from there in the morning so I had no option.
I do not recommend staying here. I was given excuses that changed the next day. They said the driver went at original time even though I have them confirming the time change. Then I got photos of a car without parts saying they didn’t pick me up as car parts stolen. But they had WhatsApp and all contact details they could’ve rung or advised of not being able to pick up. And no answer when the hotel was called for over an hour. The hotel room had a window open with no security screen on it.

Unclean and unsafe room
Really unfair and even though they were fully to blame for me not getting there for hours there was no compensation or offer to help or make the situation any better.
A melhor parte é a localização.
A pior parte é quase todo o resto.
Várias coisas não me agradaram:
- para entrar no hotel tem uma escadaria que é bem difícil com a sua mala se estiver pesado.
- Eu encontrei uma barata no quarto pela manhã.
- As janelas do banheiro dão para um fosso que você escuta tudo dos outros quartos, eu acordei com despertador de algum vizinho tipo 3h00 da manhã.
- O café da manhã terrível: dois pães com mortadela e só

Baño bastante pequeño y se escucha el ruído de las otras habitaciones.
The hotel was in a great location, easy to locate and felt very secure. The staff were welcoming and available to answer questions at any time of day.
