Horrible night portier but nice facilitied
Pros:

It was nice facilities and rooms but the girl at night at check in demanded 50% extra in cash as we came in early however we had confirmed with the hotel an early arrival and pick up. This took 1,5 hours until we finally paid by card the extras. The next day we got this money back when our Kyrgyz guide came to pickvus up.

Very large appartment with the entrance in front of the pool, at a reasonable price, nice breakfast.

Cons:

Нулевая шумоизоляция. Слышно абсолютно все
1) как ходят гости в коридоре и разговаривают оч слышно
2) отдельный пункт это железная дорога…. Я не точно поезда как на вокзале слышала, стены передавали абсолютно все вибрации, спать головой из стене к изголовью кровати невозможно, вибрация как при бассах в машине
Отдельный огромный минус это подушка… малюсенькая и оч неудобная
Разетка в комнате не работает
Холодильник не охлаждает, температура там как в комнате
На рецепшен отсутствует администратор, даже вопрос с кулером не решить. Вообще никакой вопрос не решить, ищи свищи
В холле не было воды, ни в кулере ни в чайнике
Даже кипятка или чая не попить самой себе не сделать
