Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

The owners of the facility are very friendly people. I think it's a family business. Overall, we are satisfied with this experience. However, be aware that the hotel is a bit far from the city center, about 30 minutes away. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.

Cons:

It would be much better if the local municipality paved the roads leading to the hotel and around that area.

A wonderful place to relax! The room was very nice, the pool was great, and the hosts were so kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable. We would definitely love to come back. Highly recommend! 😊

Тихо, уютно и очень душевно
Pros:

Прекрасное тихое место, в дали от городской суеты, с виду не сразу понятно что отель, но оказалось внутри очень уютно и открывается шикарный вид на Тбилиси с веранды. Встретили очень гостеприимные хозяева и их пёсик. Все показали, рассказали. Приехали вечером в не супер теплый день, купались в бассейне одни, для нас включили сауну.
На утро приготовили завтрак и вкусный кофе.
До центра города далековато, но на своей машине это не проблема.
Желаем владельцам процветания и развития. Будет возможность обязательно ещё приедем!

Pros:

A great hotel for a quiet and authentic Georgian experience. Located in a peaceful, hilly area north of central Tbilisi (getting around by taxi is very cheap and easy). The hosts, Zaza and his wife, offer warm, personal hospitality alongside their friendly Dalmatian dog. Breakfast is basic, but the homemade food prepared by the hostess (pizzas, khachapuri, and burgers) is absolutely delicious. The rooms are very comfortable, equipped, and feel like a 4-star hotel. Outside, there is a beautiful pool, a sunbathing area, and a BBQ spot.

Cons:

​Not accessible for wheelchairs or baby strollers.
​No exterior signage or branding, and the address is not perfectly accurate on Google or Booking, making it a bit hard to find initially.
​No light switches near the bed to control the room lighting.
​The doors use old-school physical/mechanical keys.

Супер отель! Красивый и чистый, подогреваемый бассейн на крыше с красивым видом. Большие номера с кухней, где есть все необходимое. Чистота. Приятно находиться. В санузле есть даже гигиенический душ. Для нас отдельно даже включили сауну и прогрели, что после прогулки по Тбилиси было очень приятно. Вкусный завтрак, который приготовили специально для нас. Чувствовали себя долгожданными гостями. Спасибо большое! За такие деньги мы не ожидали получить такой уровень. Хозяева очень радушные и гостеприимные.

Pros:

Отличный отель и очень доброжелательные хозяева! Очень чисто, всё необходимое есть. И крутая фишка что можно воспользоваться бассейном и сауной. Отличные завтраки! Отель вдали от шума и с красивым панорамным видом с террасы на город! Очень рекомендуем данный отель тем кто хочет отдохнуть после дальней дороги!
P.s. а ещё у владельцев есть шикарный пёс далматинец, очень добрый и воспитанный😁
