We only spent one night at Esplanade hotel but it was perfect.
Fantastic location on the beach and shops/restaurants.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful whether it was giving us advice about local beaches or when I requested an extra fan at 11pm so the kind gentleman at reception just gave me his. Also allowed my kids to enjoy the facilities after we checked out.
Breakfast was great, especially the pancakes and my kids loved the little play area. Sadly we didn’t get to enjoy any of the kids entertainment they had on like silent disco or movie night.
Rooms were a good size, clean and comfy beds.

Lack of parking-was quite stressful trying to find any parking spaces
Location and the room were excellent. Reception very helpful. Pool/spa area very nice.
Breakfast was ok, tables very sticky, staff wearing jeans, not a very professional look. Hot food, just not very hot. A better choice of bread, there was only very cheap sliced white and brown, some sourdough or seeded loaves would have been nice.
The hotel was in a great position to visit other parts of Cornwall the staff at the hotel were very helpful
The hotel could do with some updates such as.balcanes need more attention and the rooftops in front we were in room 218
We loved how modern the property was. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
The price was on the steeper side but with the music festival on simultaneously, it was to be expected.

loved the location, the views were amazing and really easy access to fistral beach. StFf were lovely, restaurant great, and beautiful conservatory area at front. We LOVED our stay, and will definitely be back!

View from our room was rubbish but you cant all afford tobpay extra to have a front window facing the beach!
We only had time to use the pool/sauna one morning before we had to leave, so we were there for 8am (open time) but the sauna wasnt turned on so it was cold which was annoying as we only had 30 odd mins before we had to get our taxi back to airport.
