The Hotel food was of a very good standard, and all the staff were friendly and very helpful

Cons:

Pros:

Free milk and cookies in the evening. Jacuzzi. Inside room sweets and cookies for kids

Cons:

Hotel should invest more on appearances and on air fresheners. From the entrance we felt food odour. Windows were full of moulds. Shower room water wasn't draining properly. Though requested not cleaned. Environment was not super clean. Because we booked via Booking.com , our kids didn't allow to have free gifts. It was for guests who booked via hotel website. So Kids were upset. Pool water was freezing cold. Family room was quite small.

Pros:

Everything!! The view, the room, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, and the amazing view of the beach, could sot for hours watching the waves

Shabby at best and unfriendly - avoid!

Cons:

Very outdated and unclean pool area sauna and jacuzzi. Pool water was too cool. Very unclean throughout the hotel. Shabby in fact. Very poor customer service throughout. Very unfriendly

Lovely hotel in a stunning location
Pros:

The room was amazing and very comfortable even had a small outside area to sit in.

Cons:

They couldn’t fit us in for dinner because they had a coach load ‘unexpectedly’ coming in. We went to their sister hotel bar and had a brilliant meal
