The room was clean and very tidy. A lovely experience overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
There wasnt anything i could fault. The only thing was that there wasnt anywhere to put my toiletries in the bathroom.
Amazing hotel, clean, modern and spacious. We loved our room, the food and the ‘little touches’ eg cookies and milk for the children. Really great place for a family holiday.
Communicate on your breakfast menu that it is a self serve buffet or order an alternative through a server, staff were lovely but this wasn’t explained to many guests.
The breakfast was lush and the staff very friendly.
The pool was very cold, we was over a vent that never stopped humming all night.
The room was a bit tiny for 4 people and the balcony overlooking the restaurant back door wasnt great.
I think when booking a family room, it must let you know if you can opt for a dea view room or not. Once doesnt get to know till the very end that you dont have a sea view room.
The fact that when booking the room you did not know what family room type you would be alloted.
The swimming ppol is great but the area needs some upkeep and making it more clean
Great hotel, great staff

The location is brilliant and the dog friendly element is great.
They failed to tell us when we booked that there was a pensioners coach which meant the hotel was rammed. Breakfast was an absolute nightmare, couldn’t get a look in due to the large party. Waited in a long queue and then when I got to the front, no plates, no egg or beans left. The coffee machine ran out of coffee and milk.
No bowls for cereal either.
The second morning we decided to go into town because we couldn’t face it again but this obviously means we didn’t have breakfast that we paid for and then had to pay again when we go into town.
Then we couldn’t use the lift the whole holiday as it was constantly in use by the elderly group. We have a 7 week old baby and had to lug everything upstairs including a pram.
The room was also boiling. It was 27 degrees most of the day and with a baby, it’s really not ideal. It was hard to keep her cool.
My partner and I were also bit both nights so not sure if there’s bugs or bed bugs…
This was our third stay with you, the first two times were amazing and we were really excited to bring our newborn with us but unfortunately it didn’t live up to expectations and we will be looking for accommodation elsewhere next year when we do our yearly stay in Newquay.
The most wonderful location sitting overlooking Fistral beach…. Superb

Nothing to not like
Lots to do in the hotel cinema, afternoon tea,tennis, table tennis, swimming sauna, Jacuzzi, games and books for kids, play room with football game giant connect 4 etc clean, comfy lovely staff. Opposite Fistral beach lovely coastal walks on the doorstep. Lovely toiletries, and hot choc teas coffees biscuits and mini marshmellows
The shower wasnt too powerful
Amazing location, great for children, loads of things to do!! Amazing spa facilities, food tasty!!

Loveley hotel well run location is excellent parking can be tight but you can book a guranteed spot for a fee.
Food and presentaion very good
The only thing that spoiled our visit was being in a room underneath some lead footed person above who had the be walking around every 2 hours throughout the night,so try and get a room on the 2nd floor if this will bother you.
The location, room treats(family room), the really friendly staff and exquisite food in the restaurant!
