Great location just across from the central bus station. Spacious, bright, clean, and quiet room. I enjoyed the view from the bedroom windows and the balcony facing both sides of the street. Very large and comfortable bed. Large bathroom. Great options for room lighting, including dimmable lights.
Good breakfast with many kinds of homemade pastries.
No welcome water bottle. No bathrobes or slippers. No amenity kit besides shower caps. No iron. Small selection of healthy food for breakfast.
La struttura ha soddisfatto tutte le mie aspettative: gentilezza e disponibilità del personale, bella camera con tutti i confort, ottima colazione, parcheggio auto, seppur a pagamento, e infine, posizione centralissima, perche, grazie al sistema delle scale mobili della rocca paolina, ti ritrovi in pochissimo, nel cuore di questa splendida citta.
Great location right next to the bus station and Rocca Paulina where escalators lead to the center. Big modern rooms and a good breakfast.

Pas de grand lit au motif que la chambre n’est réservée que pour une personne.
La chambre n’a pas été nettoyée car l’établissement ne sait pas gérer présence absence (1:30 de présence avec pancarte ne pas déranger/ 7:30 d’absence pour visites)des clients, suite à ma réclamation le réceptionniste n’est pas aimable et pense me faire croire que c’est de ma faute!
Bouteille d’eau de 50cl à 2€50 c’est mesquin (35 degrés)
Piscine et salle de sport en supplément c’est mesquin et mal indiqué sur booking car si la piscine sans précision est mentionnée au début de la page, il faut aller tout au bout de la page consacrée à cet hôtel pour avoir l’info du supplément!
Bref, à Pérouse, pour le prix, on peut trouver nettement mieux.
Mooi centrale locatie, uitzicht vanaf mn kamer was mooi, fijn bed en badkamer. Prima service bij inchecken. Tegen betaling 20 euro voor het hotel geparkeerd.

This was a wonderful, high class hotel next to the Piazza Partigianni bus center and near the old city center nice locations. The rooms were very clean, quiet, comfortable, and luxuriously spacey and modern, and the staff pleasant and efficient. Great air conditioning and atmosphere, very very nice, highest recommendation.
Hotel restaurant for breakfast was also very nice with a wide variety of food.
It was a wonderful stay, thank you very much!
