Buenas instalaciones, entorno natural fantástico
Pros:

La habitación era amplia, con vistas, tenía aire acondicionado, el baño amplio y con una ducha genial, tenía un balcón con una mesita para desayunar junto al volcán.
El personal de recepción fue muy atento y nos ayudó mucho con las excursiones.

Cons:

El volcán no se veía 🤣 pero eso no es culpa del hotel.
Me hubiera gustado que te dieran de desayuno en el mismo sitio pero es cierto que el hotel donde sí te lo daban estaba al lado y tenía muchos animales para ver, así que merecía la pena el paseo.

Beautifully landscaped accommodation.
Pros:

Fortuna Retreat is beautifully landscaped accommodation. The design of the accommodation is modern and practical. The shared kitchen is an added bonus.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a kettle in the room but there is one in the kitchen to use.

If you have a car it’s not a problem but it is not walkable to La Fortuna and the restaurants.

Absolutely perfect
Pros:

Our private room with pool was absolutely gorgeous. We felt safe, comfortable and very close to all the activities and tours we wanted to do. Our car battery died one day and they called the rental car company for us and made sure it was working properly by the time we got back from our tour. The staff was so wonderful and helpful, I cannot recommend the Fortuna Retreat enough.

Great boutique hotel close to Fortuna, but away from the hustle and bustle
Pros:

Great location, lush gardens that were great for bird/nature watching. Very helpful staff!

Cons:

Needed a dresser for clothes, not just the 3 little drawers.

Love everything about it.
Pros:

We had a wonderful time at Fortuna Retreat, The hotel is very peaceful, quiet and beautiful. Location is very convenient too. Breakfast location is very nice, we saw lots of wild life there.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war toll, unser Zimmer war bestens ausgestattet und hatte einen wunderschönen Blick auf den Vulkan. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt wirklich ein außergewöhnlich toller Aufenthalt!

המלון מהמם ביופיו, בעיקר הגינות והשטחים הסובבים.
מקלחת גדולה מאוד וברמה מאוד טובה.
החדרים בקומה שניה עם נוף טוב יותר להר הגעש..

ארוחת הבוקר מוגשת במלון סמוך, מגוונת אבל לא היתה לטעמינו..
