We absolutely loved our stay at Potami Seashell. Dimitra is wonderful, she’s so welcoming and helpful, as are all the rest of the staff. The location couldn’t be more stunning, and the restaurant is lovely. We would’ve loved to stay longer, would highly recommend!
The rooms were cleaned everyday, fresh towels were always left in the room and the service was excellent! Dimitra was very friendly and available for every question and suggestion and helped out for recommendations - as she is a local of the area. The location is right on the beachfront and very convenient. Each room has their own designated sunbed which was very well organized so we knew exactly where our beds were everyday. Just a heads up there are a few (very friendly) cats around on the property so if you are allergic contact them about this.
We loved our stay at Potami Seashell, it's fabulous! Perfectly situated and filled with character, a few steps will bring you to the beach with your own sunbed and umbrella, which are dedicated to your own personal use for the duration of your stay. Incredible views from sea facing rooms and a great restaurant, again with stunning views from the terrace.
The modernised room was very comfortable, with great air-conditioning.
Dimitra, the hostess, was warm and welcoming and clearly cares about her guests.
Be mindful that in order to get to Room 103, you need to walk through the restaurant which overlooks part of your balcony. Having said, this it is a wraparound balcony and you can have the option of sitting around the side.
Only 3 restaurants in Himari sit right on the beach and in my opinion Potami is by far the best! 100% recommend!
A wonderful place to stay right on the beach with your room’s very own reserved umbrella. Could not recommend it more.

Our host, Dimitra was fabulous. She was super accommodating and helpful. The hotel is ocean front and includes a designated umbrella and lounge chairs. The restaurant and bar provide convenient food and drink to purchase without leaving the property and there is a small grocery just down the street. We were able to park our car in the on site lot. The air conditioning in the room worked well and we had a refrigerator in the room.
The parking lot is small and is sometimes difficult to get your car in and out without help. This wasn't an issue for us as we didn't drive once we got there, most everything is walkable. Our room was on the first floor so we did hear restaurant noise and our balcony wasn't private (practically in the restaurant). A room on one of the other floors would provide more privacy if that's important to you. The beach is rocky and can be difficult to navigate without swim shoes.

The location is just perfect!!! Away from the hustle and bustle and yet walkable to all main areas.
The staff is so friendly and sweet, made me feel I belong there.
The beach views from the hotel is to die for. Rooms are clean and cozy.

Personeel heel vriendelijk. Ligging aan zee met strandbedjes en badlaken. Restaurant wat drankjes op strand brachten. Ligt in rustig deel.
Niet dat iets tegenviel, maar naar centrum is het 25 minuten lopen.

Otroligt vacker utsikt och privat strand. Kan verkligen rekommendera, mycket prisvärt.
Hotel ist direkt am Strand. Personal ist mega freundlich auch mit vielen Tipps und auch das Personal vom Restaurant gleich nebenan waren immer aufgestellt und freundlich. Zimmer hat alles was man braucht, viel Liebe zum Detail. Preis Leistung passt wunderbar.
Leider waren noch keine Strandliegen da, aber wir waren wohl einfach noch etwas zu früh in der Saison
Sehr freundlicher Empfang, obwohl ich deutlich zu früh angereist bin, nettes, neu renoviertes Zimmer, Balkon direkt am Strand, Restaurant mit gutem Angebot, ebenfalls direkt am Strand, kostenlose Parkplätze am Haus … jederzeit gern wieder!
