Pros:

Very nice and clean room. Good bed. Exceptional nice batchroom. Absolutly very good value for money. Eventhough there is no parking available at the hotel, parking is pretty easyly found in the streets near by (free - no pay). Close to A9. It is in an industrial area, but feels fine and safe and perfect for a short stop&sleep. Don't expect walking distance to restaurantes etc.

Cons:

Nothing - it was as expected.
