Très bel hôtel, confortable et déco raffinée.

Cons:

Le cafe et le thé ne sont pas inclus dans le petit déjeuner, le resto est hors de prix et franchement pas terrible.

Pros:

Ze doen daar echt alles om het je zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken. Een prachtige luxe hotel .Wij konden onze kamer behouden tot 16u00 zonder toeslag de laatste dag van onze vakantie. Regelmatig komen ze vragen of je iets nodig heb. Klant is daar koning. Eten ook heel lekker. Genieten van ons prive zwembad op het dak.

Tolles Hotel, super Service
Pros:

Das Hotel war richtig toll, sehr neu und super erhalten. Die Poolanlagen waren sauber und wurden täglich geprüft. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Zugang zum Strand, wirklich toll. Frühstück und Essen sehr empfehlenswert, wenn auch etwas teurer. Aber das ist in der ganzen Hotelzone so.

Cons:

Nachteilig ist das Seegras, das zu unserer Zeit da war. Hat aber nicht so sehr gestört, da man sich im Pool abfrischen konnte und die Liegen weit genug weg sind.

Nice stay, bad timing
Pros:

Great location, great room and views, staff is really great and accommodating. Despite what I'm writing in the next section, which was mostly a timing issue, I'd recommend it and happily return.

Cons:

There happened to be a wedding during my stay which they said wouldn't interfere with other guests stays besides the restaurant being reserved one evening from 5-10pm.

But the event was very loud and went on until midnight. They didn't think to reserve any waitstaff for guests - the wedding party should have paid for their extra staff so hotel guests could still get drinks at the pool etc.

Not the biggest deal but definitely an oversight considering it's hospitality business.

The only food or drinks options were at the rooftop bar with a limited menu.

The room had a "mini bar" which was nothing more than a little table with 2 room temperature bottles of water that weren't free and like a travel bag for sale. No snacks, no other drinks, no refrigerator- It was like, what's was the point?

Pros:

Location was not bad to deal with. Great to spend alot of time with who you are traveling with.

Cons:

The bath room is always wet due to the shower not being enclosed. Not enought towels provided to sort this out. Room was alot smaller than anticipated. Most disgusting was the sink did not have a P-trap. This allowed the sewage smell to enter the room and not a pleasant smell to come back too. I requested that they fix it and they said they will look at it but did not do anything about it. The room continuously smelled of raw sewage.

Wonderful and relaxing
Pros:

Our experience staying at Panamera suits was just wonderful! From the amenities to the service and overall atmosphere - everything was a top-notch. Our hostess Sa was so sweet and attentive to us, constantly checking on us and giving us recommendations what to do and where to go. Our waiters Luciano and Juan took great care of us as well. Hotel has everything you need for relaxing vacation: bikes for free use, beach chairs, restaurant and bar on premises. We also had a chef cooking amazing seafood paella one day just on the beach! Location is also so great: away of all the noise, but short 5–10 minute walk to clubs and restaurants. Cenotes are also in walking distance. Felt very safe and relaxing at the property. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners were so tasty and flavorful! And the drinks, of course!

Un week-end de Pâques en amoureux réussi, entre plage, tranquillité et excellente gastronomie, avec un personnel aux pet
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel le temps du week-end de Pâques, en amoureux. À notre arrivée, un voiturier a garé notre voiture le temps que nous effectuions le check-in.
Ce que nous avons aimé :
1. Le personnel est attentif et disponible pour les clients. Vraiment au top !
2. L’hôtel est situé en bord de plage, dans la zone calme de Tulum, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du secteur festif.
3. La restauration est excellente, aussi bien le soir que le matin. Nous vous recommandons les tacos du soir, le T-bone grillé pour deux, le poulpe en entrée, ainsi que les croquettes au fromage et au maïs.

Amazing hotel, highly recommended
Pros:

Amazing facilities, superb location. The team made their outmost for us to have a great experience. Bonus the breakfast was included in our packet/price.

Cons:

In general the tipping culture in Mexico is getting out of hand. Unfortunately this is the same case for the hotel staff who expected tipping every time you ordered something (breakfast/beach drinks/ lunch/ dinner). Another point specific to our case was that during our stay there was a wedding talking place at the property which made some of the facilities unavailable for us for a few hours. (not great for value of the money spent)

Tropisch!
Pros:

Heerlijk hotel aan het strand. De mesen zijn erg lief en bereidwillig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Kamer is klein maar je bent veel buiten en de douche was heerlijk ruim.
Tulum zelf is veel te Amerikaans ingesteld dus qua horeca is het moeilijk iets op niveau te vinden zonder nogal luide muziek. In het hotel was dit beter geregeld.

Cons:

De bedden! Echt veel te hard. Te laat gevraagd om een topper dus dat was onze eigen schuld maar laatste nacht hebben ze iets geprobeerd met een te klein dekbed oid waardoor we helaas nog slechter sliepen.
