Cons:

la recepcion cerrada solo abre de 12 a 14 y de 17 a 19. Se nos rompio el aire acondicionado y hasta el dia siguiente no nos dieron otra habitacion. La tele no funcionaban los canales TDT y el hostal esta falto de mantenimiento totalmente.

Cons:

Instalaciones de recepción mínimas. No había luz en la puerta de entrada. La recepción una mesa y una silla y poco más. Las paredes de la entrada a medio acabar y la puerta de entrada también sin acabar. Parecía que llevaba así mucho tiempo. Cables sueltos , sin luces. En la habitación falta un espejo. La habitación parecía reformada recientemente pero la situación del hotel es en una calle muy de las afueras del pueblo. Y al lado de una gasolinera. Eso sí, era muy silenciosa . No se oía nada del exterior. La situación es en una calle un poco rara.
Y lo que nos dejó atónitos es que había hormigas en el suelo del baño. No se puede aceptar esto. La empresa debería solucionar y revisar este hecho. Solo pasamos una noche por una situación urgente pero no lo recomendaría por todo lo anteriormente dicho.

El trato personalizado y atento de la recepcionista tanto en persona como vía email

Cons:

En la habitación hace falta al menos: un armario y un espejo de cuerpo, un termómetro para saber comprobar la temperatura. En el baño hace falta un mueble y perchero.
