Nare ervaring
Cons:

Het hotel ligt binnen een verkeersvrij gebied. Mede door een evenement was het hotel in de praktijk nauwelijks bereikbaar, de parking onbruikbaar en het personeel kon/wou gewoon niet helpen. Uiteindelijk weken wij uit naar het Ibishotel en legden klacht neer bij Booking..com.

Dirty room, terrible beds, no breakfast. Do not recommend

Cons:

Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, the service we received was below a 1-star standard. We were not assisted with our luggage; the room was dirty and had a bad odor, and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, there was almost no variety at breakfast, and the limited items available ran out so quickly that we were left hungry. We definitely did not get what we paid for. I would absolutely not recommend this place.
