I tried callong owners and emailing and had no response.

The sheets where not clean, there was a pair of pj's pants hanging from the side of 1 of the beds, a kebab fell from the top of the bunk beds an the floor was disgusting the whole room was not cleaned shocking

Confirmed booking had all confirmation and didn’t send the codes to get into property,left us stuck out with nowhere to stay and never even now received the email! Took money straight away and couldn’t get in, rang numbers booking gave us and they were being decline THIS PLACE IS A SCAM

Rooms nothing like the pictures
No staff in the facility & don’t answer emails or calls
No internet when told there was

I never even made it into the hotel since there was no code given to get into the building and nobody would answer the phone or door even tho it was only 8:00pm

It’s a scam, no response from owners, no check in information provided, it’s one big scam! Do not book
We was left with two children trying to find alternative accommodation and they did not refund

Bed was not made disgusting mattress room stuffy. Couldn't stay. In basement was scary. Requesting a refund

Room was dirty, other guests rubbish under the bed. Dirty toilet brush. Dirty bin, No WiFi as stated the password did not work. Beds very uncomfortable . The room Definitely didn't look like the pictures advertised.

This property is a scam. You can’t gain access to it. Phone numbers go straight to voice.

Went to the door no answer. Looked through the window and saw the rubbish on the window ledge. Couldn't get in no answer and also no parking.
Please could I have refund? I always book with you a lot, But I was not happy.

Luckily across the road had one room free! DONT BOOK!!!!

We got scammed here for the first time ever after using booking.com service. The was no hotel at the address. No one was answering there phones. We got told it has happened to a few people now and we checked the reviews and seen the bad ones saying they have been scammed. I had my partner and kids with me at the time and had to book another hotel down the road in an emergency. Worst experience ever. I've even had no luck in contacting booking.com so I have had to report the fraud through my bank. This hotel needs taking down off booking.com

Was filthy, dirty sanitary towels in bathroom, bedsheets were dirty and had marks on, room smelt disgusting, nothing like the photos at all and was virtually impossible to contact anyone regarding issues and check ins

Dirty food in bedding staff no help

Punch holes in wall, no staff, no messages about how to check in. Large party group of 18 year olds allowed to stay last min after they started Kicking door down. Headboard hanging off. Mould all around shower. Really dirty and tired hotel.

Cleanliness of the bedding, cups and room were poor. There were no hosts on site, there was at least 2 weeks post behind the front door on entry which tells me owners/cleaners had not been for a while. There was no milk for a drink, inside the kettle was dirty. The information received prior to gain entry with use of key pad codes was clear. However, the room was not clean, drink cups were dirty, shower was dirty, broken and rough floor tile and broken window sill. The most important thing, the dark coloured bed sheets were certainly not clean and clearly hadn't been changed. They certainly did not smell or look clean. There was even a bug crawling on the sheets.
The pictures on the booking.com site were definitely not the same as what we found.
