La atención fue muy cálida y atenta desde mi llegada. Me ofrecieron ayuda a la hora de solucionar un pequeño inconveniente con mi enchufe del cargador, y me guardaron la mochila de viaje sin costo alguno, después de la hora del check out. El desayuno estaba muy sabroso.
Posizione ottima. Camere tutto sommate buone e buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
La struttura è un po' datata. Non funziona il wifi e il pagamento può avvenire solo in contanti.

The hotel is located one street away from the bus stop to go to Machu Picchu. The room is good for one night. The wall are thin but it was quiet as everyone is very respectful. The internet connection is not great but for us it was non important. The shower was great once we found out how to get hot water :) unexpectedly our host gave us a small breakfast box to bring as we were not going to be available during breakfast hours. We found that it was very nice.

La stanza non aveva una finestra, ma una vetrata con tenda che dava sul corridoio. Accettano solo contanti.
Hostel com boa localização, perto da saída dos ônibus pra subida a Machu picchu. Fomos bem recebidos, chegamos em cima da hora e moça que fica na recepção nos levou até o local de compra do ônibus e nos orientou tudo. O checkin também flexível. O quarto e banheiros são simples mas condiz com o valor. Café da manhã bom com o necessário (pães, ovos, café, geleia e fruta).
Único ponto negativo foi o chuveiro que estava sem água quente, mas como ficamos somente uma noite não nos incomodou tanto.

3 min walking from train station
Very close to the bus stop to Machu Picchu, also near the train station, but the neighborhood itself is relatively calm and quiet at night. The price is great (compared to all the logistics to this place). We were able to get hot and cold water at night. They also let us choose our room. Breakfast was ready to go.
The furniture and facilities are a bit worn out, the sockets and shower do not work well.

Staff was super friendly and let us check in early.
Aguas Calientes is crazy expensive. This was one of the less expensive options with a private bath. However, compared to places outside aguas the accommodations here are rather shabby for the price. The shower is lukewarm warm and water pretty much floods the bathroom. You can hear everything in all the other rooms, including people using the bathroom and snoring. If this place was outside of aguas and charged the same rate I would give it a 2 or 3.
