Good value friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

Close to Milano centrale, lovely people on check in, had to miss breakfast due to early flight and they packed a nice takeaway breakfast

Nos dieron la habitación antes de la hora marcada de entrada.

Cons:

La habitación tenía el ruido del motor de la calefacción que se oía de día y de noche. Los cuartillos no se podían abrir ni mover, por lo que entraba luz para dormir. El desayuno era muy escaso.

calidad precio con el desayuno era correcto.

Cons:

Era fin de semana de campeonato de F1 en Monza, al estar cerca de la estación habían muchos carteristas, quiero pensar que ese era el motivo.

Trés beau séjour dans cette bien belle ville cosmopolite de Milan.
Pros:

Le calme et la propreté de la chambre.
La situation géographique pas éloignée des 2 gares et des commerces pour un shopping. Le centre n'est pas loin non plus même à pied. (Duomo à moins de 2km).
le personnel gentil et disponible.

Cons:

La salle de bain vétuste avec miroir et lumières non adapté; poubelle et wc vieillot. (à changer).
Et nous avons fait changer le support pomme de douche qui s'est cassé du à la corrosion de rouille.

Hotel flojo para olvidar

Limpieza de la habitación

Cons:

Reservamos con urgencia para pasar una noche y no tenían la cuna preparada pese a hacer la reserva con más de una hora de antelación. Entendemos el desajuste pero un hotel de tres estrellas debe tener capacidad de reacción con estas situaciones. Al menos no promocionar la posibilidad de cuna si luego no cumplen, pues habríamos ido a otro sitio

Eso afecta mucho nuestra nota pero más allá de eso nos pareció un hotel básico, de dos estrellas como mucho, con bastante escalera en los accesos y no tan cercano a la estación central como parece. Habitación pequeña y pidiendo a gritos una renovación

Hotel bom e bem localizado.
Pros:

Localização muito prática, perto de Linate, a poucas quadras da estação central de Milão e a poucas quadras de outra estação do Metro, duas linhas próximas para chegar aos principais pontos turísticos. O pessoal é muito atencioso e simpático. Bom café da manhã com capuccino preparado na hora. Excelente custo/benefício.

Nada, foi tudo de acordo com as expectativas.

Pros:

Хареса ми само местоположението- в близост до гарата и метрото и персонала беше много любезен.
