Pros:

Good location, it is near central station and metro as well. Employees are very cordial and helpful.
Room is nice, clean, we even had a terrace.

Cons:

Shower cabin is too small. Also, it would be nice to have a small shelf there.
Breakfast is okay, maybe adding some vegetables would improve it.

Pros:

Vicinanza a una delle fermate della Metropolitana e alla stazione centrale dei treni.
Ampia terrazza.

Cons:

Molto rumore: nonostante fossimo al primo piano, siamo stati svegliati molto presto da rumori di gente che parlava a voce alta alla reception o che faceva le scale.
Bagno non sufficiente e non corrispondente alle foto su Booking.
Coperte non igieniche.

Prenotazione effettuata per errore con una data sbagliata (un giorno prima). Ho contattato immediatamente la struttura, sia direttamente sia tramite Booking, ma si sono rifiutati di modificare la data, e addirittura non hanno risposto via booking. Formalmente erano nel giusto, ma considerando che la mia chiamata è arrivata praticamente dopo due minuti dalla prenotazione, un maggiore orientamento verso il cliente sarebbe stato molto apprezzato.

Inoltre mi avevano detto che per il giorno dopo erano pieni mentre invece via booking l'ho potuto prenotare.

E neppure hanno pensato di medicare magari offrendomi la colazione (10 euro per la mia colazione, un cappuccino e una brioche, erano decisamente troppe), ovviamente anche qui formalmente nel giusto, ma certamente non si sono preoccupati della mia soddisfazione considerato che stavo pagando la camera per due notti anziché una.

Le camere al piano strada sono estremamente rumorose, anche a causa del mercato che dalle 5 del mattino genera un livello di rumore davvero difficile da sopportare. Ho potuto essere edotto sulle malefatte di un padrone di casa grazie ad una conversazione avvenuta a voce alta proprio sotto alla mia finestra

Inoltre l’aria condizionata era spenta e, con il caldo presente, non ho potuto nemmeno chiudere le finestre per limitare il rumore.

Si nota l’impegno del personale nel mantenere pulita la camera, ma l’arredamento e le strutture risultano ormai decisamente datati e obsoleti da permettere di affermare che tali sforzi possano essere coronati da successo

L'impressione è di un certo orientamento a spremere il cliente piuttosto che si soddisfarli e guadagnare la sua siddisfazione

L'unica cosa buona è la relativa vicinanza alla stazione
