Too darn short! We did enjoy the hot tub, as it was too difficult to go up & down the stairs.
Pros:

I did not like the many stairs going to my room with my disabled sister.
I loved the view and yard, except no complete fencing, so my dogs visited the neighbors.
I loved the spacious rooms, the furniture, toiletries

Cons:

I felt unsafe changing clothes in my room, as the blinds by the closets could be seen through. We could be seen in bed also!

Rude service, thin walls, horrible food, disgusting stained floors, room not available on time. Beyond disappointed.
Pros:

Location is the only thing going for this property….. I would honestly rather not stay Oceanside and have a better experience than to stay on the beach and be in this hotel ever again.

Cons:

The rooms were gross and outdated. I was awake all night listening to man in the room next to me snore all night long. The carpet was so gross and stained I didn’t even want to take my shoes off. No air conditioning. Paper thin walls. The staff was short and rude and the restaurant was awful. The waiter told me they increased prices but never updated the menus so all meals were more expensive than anticipated and nothing was made in house it was all heat and serve food with horrible service. Check in time was 4pm and our room wasn’t available until almost 5pm. The beds were hands down the worst beds I have ever slept in. I would never in my life recommend this property to anyone.

Pros:

Great location and easy beach access. Beds were very comfortable and having a tiny sink, fridge and microwave made food prep easy.

Cons:

The facility is a bit older so there are signs of wear like the badly rusted railings on the balcony. There were a few things along the floorboards that didn't get swept from the last occupants like used dental pics.

The beachfront view was absolutely stunning however the amenities somewhat fell short.
Pros:

We liked the beachfront location. The attached restaurants food was good.

Cons:

The amenities were overran, the pool area was highly over chlorinated to where it burned my eyes. We didn’t even go in the pool, as soon as we walked into the pool area to check it out it was over crowded and the air immediately burned both my husband and I’s eyes. So we decided not to go in.

Around 9 pm someone checked in to the room above ours and started blasting music and sliding furniture around the room w
Pros:

It is right on the beach! They have done some remodeling which was very nice! We loved the showers!!

Cons:

Our room wasn’t fully stocked with towels or a bath mat. Ice machine was out of order. The bags for the ice buckets didn’t fit the ice bucket they were too small.

Location. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Issues with booking. Charged way over what I was told. Restaurant on site was mediocre. Staff wasn't very pleasant. Bathroom in room not very wheelchair accessible. Floors had crumbs and dirt from past guests. Wheelchair accessible parking was few.
