Pros:

Good location very close to tram. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It is a smaller hotel with a personal touch.

Cons:

It is in a quieter area away from sites and restaurants so you need to take the tram or walk. You can buy a Zurich city pass to have access to transportation and discounts to some sites.

Just opposite to tram station in route 3. Very convenient to go to city center. Clean and well maintained hotel. Staff are very good

Suhteellisen siisti.

Cons:

Tarkista onko huoneessa ilmastointi jos matkustat kesällä. Olimme reissussa hirmuhelteiden aikaan kesäkuussa, enkä ollut huonetta varatessa tarkistanut, että ilmastointi löytyy juuri tuosta huoneesta. Hotelli mainostaa sivuillaan, että hotellissa ilmastointi, mutta onkin vain muutamissa huoneissa. Mielestäni on harhaanjohtavaa mainintaa.

Super für eine Städtereise!
Pros:

Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden und die zentrale Lage. Und das Frühstück war auch gut.

Cons:

Dass die Klimaanlage defekt war und dass wir nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr draußen sitzen durften.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. I’m surprised it has only three stars, it felt just as good as many four-star hotels I’ve stayed in. When I arrived, the staff noticed how hot the weather was and upgraded me to a room with air conditioning at no extra cost. It was a very thoughtful gesture and made a big difference.

The room was modern, very clean, and looked recently renovated. Everything felt fresh and well looked after. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bedding was of excellent quality. The bathroom was spotless, with a nice spacious shower and good-quality toiletries. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. Great value for money, friendly staff, and a comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Zurich.
