Preis-Leistung stimmt - wie erwartet
Pros:

Der Service ist sehr gut, alle Personen sind freundlich und ich habe ihnen auch abgenommen das sie es so meinen. Die Matratze fand ich sehr komfortabel. Beim Frühstück dachte ich mir zuerst warum nur Eier und kein Speck, aber dann habe ich gecheckt, dass das Schweizer Frühstück sein soll. Das Brot ist eines der Besten das ich je verköstigt habe. Es war relativ ruhig, auch wenn es an der Straße liegt, aber für mich kein Stress.

Cons:

Es fehlt ein Tresor im Zimmer. Das echt schöne Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ein Anstrich hier und da könnte da mit einfachen Mitteln Wunder wirken. Der Boden ist abgenutzt, aber das ist nun mal halt so. In der Toilette lief das Wasser die ganze Nacht nach. Die Größe des Zimmers bzw. der Schnitt könnte für manche ein Problem sein, mir ist das alles egal, das Zimmer sehe ich nur zum Schlafen.

Erittäin hyvä hotelli lähellä keskustaa
Pros:

Meillä oli tosi iso huone, erittäin hiljainen. Kaikki mukavuudet, vedenkeitin,pikakahvi,minibaari.Erittäin ystävällinen palvelu. Hotelliin sijaitsee muutaman ratikkapysäkin päässä päärautatieasemalta, Bellevue:en voi kävellä noin 12 minuutissa.Alue,jossa hotelli sijaitsee arvokas ja hiljainen.

Excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Staff do hotel era excelente, como chegamos antes do check-in conseguimos deixar as malas guardadas enquanto ja podíamos visitar a cidade, e após o check-out foi possível deixar as malas guardadas também. O quarto era espaçoso, tinha um frigobar, e ar condicionado. o banheiro era espaçoso e muito bom, tinha shampoo e sabonete disponível. Secador de cabelo. A localização era muito boa e de fácil acesso com transporte publico e até mesmo a pé.

So many nice extras staying here, good quiet location, and very comfortable
Pros:

The room was very well presented with many comforts like robes and slippers, microwave, extra toiletries.and even some drinks in the fridge which was a nice surprise. The ice machine and coffee pot in the lobby were excellent too.
The tram stop so close was great.

Cons:

The room air conditioner didnt seem too effective, maybe we had the wrong settings.

Funcionário atencioso, estava com problema em um dos quartos que reservei, o ar condicionado não funcionava e ele prontamente me ofereceu outro quarto.

Cons:

Estávamos em 5 pessoas, 4 adultos e 1 adolescente e não havia opção de cama adicional no booking. Tive q reservar 3 quartos. E pessoalmente percebi q havia espaço para uma terceira cama nos quartos confort. Não tinha cafe incluso mas foi dar uma olhada e achei muito simples.
