Exceptionally incredible
Pros:

Facilities, location, food, ambience, cleanliness and vibes was all very positive. Most importantly though, the staff were incredible, friendly and made every moment feel special - thank you to each and every one of you from the reception, to the pool bar, housekeeping, restaurant and valet/porters.
