Stanza non pulita regolarmente. La stanza era una doppia con l'aggiunta di una poltrona letto (noi eravamo in tre). Dimenticanze: un giorno non c'era il tappetino doccia; un altro i letti non sono stati rifatti. Rispetto alle aspettative e alle recensioni, è stata una delusione.

Encantada con el hotel,buen desayuno todo muy limpio cómodo sin ruido por la noche y andando apenas unos minutos al centro .Volvería sin duda y el personal muy amable.

Posizione strategica
El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad. Las instalaciones están bien. La limpieza muy bien.
La cama supletoria era un sillón plegable muy incómodo. Las camas estaban desgastadas y se hundían en el centro.
No obstante, lo peor fue que la climatización no estaba 100% controlada por nosotros. Hay 3 conductos de aire de los cuales 2 sí son controlados por los huéspedes desde la habitación, pero existe un tercero justo arriba de la cama que depende de la climatización central. Con 18 grados en la calle el aire acondicionado frío estuvo encendido toda la noche. Una situación que nos perjudicó y no nos dejó descansar correctamente. Nos quejamos varias veces pero no pusieron solución.

Pokoje bardzo ładne, czyste, sprzątane na bieżąco. Na plus lodówka w pokoju i klimatyzacja. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko rynku w spokojnej okolicy. Śniadania smaczne. Możliwość wykupienia parkingu przy hotelu. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Ogólnie polecam i na pewno wrócimy.
The room was lovely, clean, and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a Business room.
One thing that could be improved is the availability of basic amenities. Only two rolls of toilet paper were provided, and when we asked at reception for some extra toilet paper, we were given one roll by hand. When we returned to the room, there was only one additional roll, so we eventually had to buy some from a supermarket ourselves. We also had to ask reception for hand soap, as it had not been provided.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the room, but it would be nice if basic amenities were provided more generously.
