Ok Hotel, but beware of possible scammer employees.

Good location, good breakfast

Cons:

No heat in the rooms (it was cold the nights I stayed) and possible scammer employees. For context. I got multiple scam messages related to this reservation both via WhatsApp and via email leading up to my stay. Since neither Greenside or Booking.com seemed bothered by this, I just thought it was an unfortunate situation. Fast forward to my stay, there was a night the WiFi was out and I used an employees hotspot to make a final payment for my upcoming safari. That safari had a very specific payment link. The following day, I received an email from that payment company saying that I had paid the Greenside the amount of my room that I had already paid for. Not only that, but this notification came through an email that I hadn’t even used for the reservation. I have no choice but you believe a Greenside employee (or employees) attempted to steal my information. Luckily, my card and the payment website rejected the charge, but it was unsettling.

Exceptional!!
Pros:

Everything was exceptional!! We traveled with family, friends, and business partners on missions and safari and stayed at Greenside Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania. We always stay here, and the property manager, Ms. Lydia, and the staff always take great care of our groups and us. The staff is professional, friendly, and very accommodating! The restaurant is superb. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. The staff is always willing to go above and beyond our expectations of hospitality and always provides us with excellent customer service! I cannot say enough about this hotel. All I can say is that I highly recommend staying here, and this hotel is like our home away from home whenever we travel to the beautiful country of Tanzania!!! 😍

Cons:

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. Every time we stay at the Greenside Hotel in Arusha, Tanzania, we are pleasantly surprised at how excellent the customer service is, and we appreciate how well they take care of our groups and us!!

Our stay at Greenside Hotel is always exceptional. The service we received was excellent!! Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The restaurant food was amazing! Everyone is so friendly, and professional and accomodating.
We always stay here and we always receive exceptional customer service!! We highly recommend staying at Greenside Hotel!!

Cons:

No shower pressure with warm water. Fridge in room was not working. The room lighting would better in a warm white instead of blue white. No dimmerswitch.

A Peaceful Stay with Outstanding Service
Pros:

The hotel is set in a great and quiet location, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the noise. The customer service is excellent, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience (especially the lady at the front desk-Aurelia). The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it an ideal choice for both short and extended stays.

Fresh new hotel with good views
Pros:

New fresh hotel, not far from city center, 24/7 open bar and restaurant, options of swimming and sauna and gym at sister hotel 2 min away, hotel car drives you for free, great view from rooms.
