Water pressure in the shower

Cons:

Due to road construction the apartment is difficult to access. Funny that the name of the apartment is EXIT something that could be IMPOSSIBLE due to stupid people that park in NO PARKING areas. We were going to stay couple more nights before leaving România but were afraid that might be stuck in the NO EXIT APPARTMENT.
Also the sub terrain parking is a trap to scratch your rental due to tight impossible space

Pros:

Bloc nou cu lift si parcare subterana. Apartament spatios, destul de curat si pret rezonabil. Balcon foarte mare.Gazda amabila.

Cons:

Noi am revervat un studio care arata exceptional in poze, iar la specificatii avea toate dotarile, dar cand am ajuns la locatie ni s-a spus ca nu mai este disponibil si am primit un "upgrade" la acelasi pret: un apartament de 2 camere ( dormitor cu living si bucatarie separata). In apartament, canapeaua era rupta, scaunele patate, congelatorul murdar, usile patate si peretii murdari. Dotarile nu erau cele specificate pe site, fara facilitati de calcat, fara uscator de par iar para de dus iesea din furtun de fiecare data cand se folosea dusul. Deasemena nu existau plase anti-insecte. Probabil se face overbooking pentru studio-uri pe site intentionat ca sa poate sa dea apartamentele care arata mai rau sub pretextul de "upgrade gratuit".
